"Families and groups can enjoy an unforgettable stay in London while staying in one of the triple en-suite rooms of the Norfolk Towers Hotel London. The triple en-suite rooms are very comfortable and spacious"... from their website - comfortable and spacious they are NOT.. I stayed at this hotel from May 28-30. The outside day temperature was around 26C & around 16C at night. However, throughout the night, temperature in my room was 30C. I booked an executive single room, what I got was a pigeon hole with a patch of cement & dirt outside my window. I couldn't open the window & the... More

When I say that I mean that anyone who lives in the UK knows London is a different country. Anywhere else you could get a hotel for 70 quid and know it's gonna be fine. Alas not in our fair Capital. Norfolk really should read Fawlty - certainly where the rooms are concerned, dated decor, draughty single glazed windows, no... More

We spent 3 nights in the hotel in a ground floor double room. We were very disappointed with the standard the window faced the air conditioning vents, which woke you up in the morning, the double bed was pushed up against one wall, could only get out of one side, a small slim bathroom it really should have been a single room. The... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, i found the points you raised constructive to both us as a hotel and also potential guests. Our Standard Rooms are of a traditional decor, yet if you are looking for a greater luxury then it's worth bearing in mind that we do also have our Executive Rooms, these were... More

Stayed here quite some time ago, just remembered to review. Got a twin room, it was tiny. Much better hotels in the area. Checkin was cold, as was checkout. The in house bar was really a local pit stop. Rooms are dated and can be noisy.

If you just need a place to crash in a really convenient location and don't have any other needs, then this hotel is for you. Otherwise, spend some more and stay at a three star or higher hotel. I had a single bed room. When I stretch my arms, I could almost touch both walls of the room. The dated... More

A hotel for sleeping, not spending time in. Rooms are not luxarious but OK. Continental breakfast was good, English breakfast available at extra cost. The third bed was not very good. Location is good, close to several underground lines, nice area near Hyde park. Some decent restaurants close by.

My boyfriend had booked a room at Norfolk Towers because it was close to Paddington and we were having a weekend in London to celebrate my birthday. Norfolk Towers is a budget hotel so we were not expecting the ritz, and were looking for convenience. When we arrived, I was shocked to find that we had been allocated a twin... More

The room was very small. However, for the price it was good. It was just a place to sleep and it worked very well for that.
