Stayed here for three nights over the August Bank Holiday. It’s really not as bad as some other reviews have made out; it may not be the best hotel but you get what you pay for - I think some people’s expectations are a little too high. The hotel is a two minute walk to Paddington station and there are... More

I'm not normally one to complain so this is very rare for me! Firstly, we got to the hotel to check in and keep our suitcase there... The luggage room was a broom cupboard! The man on reception was rude and could just about understand what we were saying! Then we came back after a busy day, bathroom was disgusting,... More

we travelled as a family and were at this hotel on the night of 25th july. we are definitely not going back again!! we were given a room on the fourth floor and had to go up the stairs with no lift and plenty of luggage. There IS a lift but it doesn't work. the staff is certainly not friendly....... More

we read the reviews of this hotel so were a little worried but thought as we were only there for one night it didn't matter. I am glad we didn't take any notice of them because this is a cracking little hotel. Ok the rooms are small, we paid £5 extra for a 14mm room instead of 13mm, but it... More

Hotel fare is very cheap and that does come with a price. Location is very good as is right next to the tube and to Paddington station. There are different options of places to eat very close to the hotel as well. Room sizes are ok but bathrooms are a little to small. Hotel don't have air conditioning and you... More

Most pathetic hotel I have ever visited. It was just like a small train box having 2' by 2' small washroom at the six floor without lift without any guidance and finding a room like a lost rat. Never recommend it again.

Where to start? Our small twin room was so hot, unbearable, the window was screwed so that it could only open a couple of inches. We asked for a fan, or to be moved, the desk staff were very unhelpful, no smiles, hellos throughout our 3 night stay, let alone the look of complete inconvenience when i said the room... More

We stayed here for a 2 night stopover in London, and for the price we paid weren't expecting a 5 star hotel. The location is great for ease of transport - a minute's walk from Paddington tube station, and the hop on hop off bus stop is right outside the door. Also is within very easy walking distance of a... More

I stayed for one night for business and paid £55 for a single room, so obviously I wasn't expecting The Ritz. I was, however expecting to not have a huge burn in the floor that made the room smell of smoke and a 'bathroom' (which is so small I couldn't even get to the sink) with dangerous broken tiles. The... More
