I found this hotel online for our first visit to the UK. The location was great (very convenient to the tube and Hyde Park) and the place looked charming. It was all of that. The staff helped us with a reservation error I made and went above and beyond to solve it. Our room was perfect. You never know what... More

Stayed here with two friends at the end of March for a theatre break. Hotel was in a good location and very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, service was first class! The only thing we were unhappy about was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however, we ordered it from room service and service was... More

Got a last minute booking and found myself in a nice corner of London, in a great room, with desk, planty of space and a reasonable view. Room service was great and make up for no tea or coffee facilties in the room. Relaxed check out/in times, and a good breakfast. Recommended.

We stayed on a Saturday night and were surprised to be upgraded to a suite. Fab location, 2 minutes away from lancaster gate station , with welcoming staff. The car parking at the back of the hotel was very handy and the breakfast was tasty. Would recommend for a short stay...

We stayed for just one night and wished we could stay longer. We'd booked a twin but were upgraded to a lovely, huge suite with two balconies and views of Hyde Park. Very lucky! The decor has a country house feel - slightly faded elegance - but that really appealed to us. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was... More

We have stayed at the London Elizabeth for the majority of our last decade of trips to London, and we couldn't be happier with it. The LE is truly a home away from home for us and its warm, caring staff and quaint, comfortable rooms combined with its perfect location make this our favorite place to be when we are... More

We were just one night in London, so our stay was short, but first impressions were very good. It is literally a minutes walk from Lancaster gate tube station. The staff were friendly, the (ground floor) room was spacious and clean and well furnished, maybe a bit old fashioned, but that added to the charm, and the bathroom was reasonably... More

I just stayed in the London Elizabeth hotel two nights with my wife. We had Deluxe Double room, that opened to the street. As usual, it didn’t matter if windows were closed or open, they let a lot traffic noise in. The bed was also hard as a potato field. But still we slept well. Traffic lulled us into sleep.... More

I booked a room for a business trip for one night. I would usually stay in a budget chain but they we getting so expensive that I looked for an alternative and found this hotel. It was very very reasonably priced and then when I arrived I found that I had been upgraded to the Conservatory Suite. That was a... More
