The hard working team at the front desk together with the guest experience manager made my stay exceptionnel. Central location, easy walking distance to the center of Mayfair. Great short stay, thank you

After my last bad experience at another hotel in the area, I decided to try this hotel. And no regrets. I cannot think of any flaw, aside from having a room facing the back courtyard (guess someone has to get those) and the Thai Green Curry I had for dinner wasn't the greatest. But the staff and facilities are excellent.... More

really loved this hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. I really like their breakfast, especially their pancakes. Book rooms with big windows, will definitely make your stay better. free wifi, works really well. Its right next to hyde park, we had a fun time going in afternoons to it and renting bikes.

I need to compliment Janine Mallia and her full team on reception for their bright smiles and excellent, professional service. We have been upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with a great view.the room was excellently appointed and the amenities wonderfull.

We stayed here one night as a last minute decision to come to London. Good service, our room was small but had a nice view of the street with an additional glass screen to keep the noise out. We'd booked a double deluxe but at check in they upgraded us to a 'montcalm club' which is different again from an... More

I booked a stay at The Montcalm as a treat for my mother on her birthday and I happened to mention this while making the booking. While I expected it to be a great stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure that it was an unforgettable experience for us both. The very charming Guest Experience Manager was... More

The Montecalm is my favourite London hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are always great, the staff attentive, super professional and it's location is perfect. Just five minutes from Marble Arch and London's West End. My most recent stay has prompted this review because it surpassed anything I'd have expected in terms of treatment. I booked the hotel last... More

We arranged a family celebration using the ballroom. Anita and her team could not have been more helpful. We had to make sure our caterer, production team and band were all where they needed to be. The room was superb, excellent facilities and everything went perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again....thanks to the Montcalm.

I come to London every month for work (I live in Australia). this is my hotel of choice because the hotel staff always make me feel at home which is very important when you spend 60% of your time travelling around the world. Big thank you specially for Laura Johansson, Guest Experience Manager, who always is there to accommodate any... More

What great hotel! Lovely staff, a fantastic room and an excellent location! When we checked in they asked if it was a special occasion. We explained it was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite and sent strawberries and bottle of Prosecco to our room! What a wonderful touch and totally down to them with no prompting from... Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
