We stayed at the Montcalm to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. On arrival, the hotel looks like a small boutique hotel, which I think is classy. No brash, ugly signs, just a tasteful name of the hotel. Once inside, the lobby is beautiful and expensive looking and we were immediately greeted with smiles and professionalism. As it was a special... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Montcalm hotel on the 16th May. On arrival Angelina made us so welcome and attended to our every need. As we were shown our room, we were provided with absolutely outstanding service by the entire team who work there - ensuring that we had everything we needed to be comfortable... More

This is without a doubt the best hotel in London, it was our fifth time staying at the Montcalm and once again it went above and beyond our expectations! We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite by the lovely guest manager Laura, the room was absolutely beautiful and i'm sure would suit any type of guest.... More

We have just returned after 4 night stay at the club room. Also chose this hotel after reading great revies. Our room was very clean and quiet facing the courtyard at our request. Staff are very attentive. Best choice for those who are looking for a 5 star hotel in central london, with emphasize on personal attention to little details... More

Hotel is uniquely located in Central London in close proximity to nice restaurants and shopping areas. Great for business or pleasure, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable......The staff are very friendly and very attentive, which makes you feel that you are being looked after. The restaurant is simple but the food is good, I would suggest you have dinner... More

I am just returning after a two night stay with my family and am happy to say we had a lovely stay at the Montcalm. I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews on Trip Advisor. I had reason to change my reservation a couple of times and the assistance I received on the telephone was very friendly and helpful.... More

Andrada the concierge couldn't do enough to make sure that my stay at the hotel was as enjoyable as possible and went out of her way on a few occasions. Extremely central location right by Marble Arch and close to lots of bars and restaurants.

My husband and I had 2 nights in the Montcalm before the birth of our second child. We notified the hotel before hand that I was 9 months pregnant and they could not do more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special thanks has to go to the Guest Experience Host, Anolsha Mauole, who was fantastic and... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
