The service from all staff was exceptional. My room was luxurious with the best hotel bathroom I have ever had experience of - enormous bath, fantastic showers. I think the welcoming, helpful and competent staff are the distinguishing feature of this hotel. Besides that, it's well located yet quiet and generally very comfortable. I will return which is not something I've done often in hotels in London. More
