On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the wonderful Anca in reception. This was followed by upgrades to our rooms, which were wonderful, and a bottle of wine. Every member of staff was helpful, cheerful and polite. The breakfast and Christmas lunch were plentiful and first class. Thank you for a superb Christmas break, Montcalm.

Thank you for the really scrumptious afternoon tea. Great variety of speciality teas, sandwiches, scones & delicious cakes, beautifully and very professionally served, all enhanced by the dulcet tones of live harpist....heavenly!

Front of house best in London. Nothing too much of a problem. Would like to be able to enjoy bar snacks in the champagne bar all night.....being pedantic but if the guest needs a snack then..........feed him 🍷🍕🍤🍟

On a Christmas shopping trip to London, it was decided to have a break from the crowds. The Montcalm had been recommended, so booked an afternoon tea for four. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious, complimented with a good range of teas. The whole experience was enhanced by the excellent harpist. Well done Montcalm.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had a lovely time. The staff were very friendly and upgraded our room and even had a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us. The room and spa were both lovely and the breakfast was excellent as well. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is strategically located with everything surrounding few steps away from you, yet quite, classy, super clean, best staff, and good rates. My room did not have a good window view, but no big deal. Plenty of fruits, tea, coffee, and bottled water. The floor was heated as well. Free fast WiFi. I'll stay there again and again.

my husband and I did a theatre weekend in London and the location of Montcalm is what attracted us to book the hotel. Once we were there the staff were fantastic, the barman made the best Margharitas and the room was beautiful. We will return and fully recommend it to all our friends and family Eunice

We stayed at the Montcalm on Friday 12th December 2014 to celebrate my fiancées birthday. We were given the Quebec Suite which was perfect with a great view. Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
