A great hotel conveniently located near Marble arch and Oxford street Room was on 11 floor- lift only went to 10th so had to go up another floor on foot. Maybe an issue if you have mobility problems but fine for us The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. Paid 290 for 2 nights room only which was well... More

Cab fare from Euston Station £10.00. We upgraded to business class for £40.00 extra per night including breakfast. Arrived early and left our bags. Chap who looks after the bags was very helpful and pleasant. Very convenient hotel for Oxford Street, an easy walk. About a mile to the West End, walkable but not in heels. Taxi rank outside the... I'm not really a hotel person. As a leisure traveller, if I'm spending that much time in the hotel room that I've noticed the 2mm stain on the carpet, I'm probably not using my weekend as productively as I could be. Groupon tempted me, £250 for 2 nights bed and breakfast and a 3 course evening meal, for 2 people,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 day, weekend conference. I was pleasantly greeted upon my arrival and upgraded free of charge to a business class room. The room was modern and quite large by London standards. Breakfast was also included and was very tasty, with a good cooked and cold selection of foods. The conference was held in the... More

I have multiple stays at the Radisson Blue Portman, and this last one now in October did not improve on the overall impression. I was met by a receptionist signaling everything else than Yes! Welcome! Even as a frequent visitor I still get the warn out "compact singel" rooms at the west tower that is priced rather stiff even with... More

Stayed here for two nights, thankfully paid for by a client as the room rates are fairly steep. That said, I never mind paying a high price - but of course expect value in return. My room of floor 5 was, I am certain, one of the smaller rooms. On the first morning I almost demolished the tv after getting... More

I was attending a two day meeting at the hotel. The staff were attentive and nothing too much trouble. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and then was faced with another in the meeting room. The lunches were delicious and variable and it was great to go home, so that we didn't have to eat anything more. The bedroom was... More

Stayed overnight on a Saturday having attended an event in the hotel, the staff at the event were good and looked after you the hotel is not 5 star and this was clear. The room was dated with wood veneers all over it could do with a freshen up.

Very courteous & efficient check in. Business class room disappointing - small, & the bed at an odd angle with room for only 1 bedside table - how can this be considered business class?- not an impressive bathroom either - all tired, worn & in need of refurbishment. Although the room was very quiet I wouldn't have wanted to stay... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
