I would not recommend this hotel. 1 - The towels had a strong vinegar smell 2 - The gym is located in one of the towers. In order to access the gym you need to walk across the lobby then take the elevator to the floor. They gym has two trainers that are trying to sell training so you're under... More

What a fantastic stay we had over 4 nights , great location , 2 minute walk from Marble Arch tube station. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly helpful staff , and any requests i had made in a previous email were all attended to with style & a minimum of fuss. I must thank Marc... Had afternoon tea with a friend yesterday. 4 finger sandwiches, skimpy on the filling and mostly bread. A single scone each, about 2 ins diameter and half an inch thick. 2 tarts - one banana custard and one banana & caramel. (Yes, I hate banana.) And this is £20pp at full price! The hotel looked beautiful and the staff were... More

The room was very clean and had everything you would expect from 4 stars hotel. we had booked for 12 nights and for all that long period we have received very good service especially the room cleaning and concierge. From start to finish it was a bad experience. The only redeeming interactions were with one of the porters who was really friendly and nice and getting a issue relating to whether breakfast was included or not sorted by the front desk, both of these interactions with the staff stood out dramatically, when compared with the sullen check in ladies who... The hotels we normally stay at in London were full, so it was by chance we found the Radisson Blu Portman hotel. It is always difficult to find hotels that can accommodate three separate beds, but this hotel sorted it without any fuss or problems. We had a superior room which gave us more space for the three beds. The... More

I stayed at this hotel some time ago for an extended business trip. It was a decent hotel near most of the things you would want to see and do. Good for a walk around town and several good restaurants nearby. It was a bit pricey, but it's London, so everything is pricey.

I know prices in London are high, I'm not sure we got our money's worth. Check-in was 3:00 and we got there about then. Loads of people waiting about in the lounge (guessing it was bc their room not ready). Very nice lady at reception. Upgraded us for free!!! But then we waited an hour for our room to be... More

Dear Guest, Your feedback shared is greatly appreciated. I am happy to learn that you received a warm welcome when entering the hotel. Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
