We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights. We were located in quite room away from the lifts and the sleep quality was excellent. We experienced very friendly staff and particularly enjoyed the breakfast provided which was of a high standard. The staff were also very obliging and could not do enough for you to assist
I've been to this hotel twice for networking events in May 2012, at the bar downstairs and on the first floor, and I've been very impressed with the place, decor, staff and the facilities.
I originally booked this hotel because I had a pleasant stay there many years ago.On this trip, we were travelling with our 18-year-old daughter, so I booked two business class rooms. However, after reading the many negative reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor, I got cold feet and seriously considered cancelling.

Stayed one night on a business trip to the capital from Norway. Every member of staff - from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaners - provided friendly, helpful and attentive service during my short stay.

Stayed at Radisson for a sporting weekend in London with my son. Cricket at Lords and Heineken Cup final. Hotel prices were crazy in London that weekend but Radisson's ok. Excellent helpful staff and rooms quite good although lack of AC annoying. Age of rooms starting to show. Splendid breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel - about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch tube station. Easy check-in, only took about 2 minutes and same for check-out. Room a bit pokey, I paid c.£160.00 for a standard single room, but clean. Free wi-fi, which is a bonus I suppose. Didn't order their breakfast. Would recommend? Yes.
