As our chidren live in Hampstead Garden Suburb we always stay at this covenient , clean, comfortable B and B which is a block away from the Golders Greenunderground station and bus terminus .The rooms, however, are conducive to a good night sleep as there is not the noise one would expect from such a centrally positioned building The hotel is owned... Stayed here in March, paid £191 for 2 nights in the family room (a sat and sun) with continental breakfast included. 1 double bed and 2 singles which seems very hard to find in London! My teenage sons didn't appreciate all the other hotels offering only 2 beds in rooms for 4. A few minute's walk from the station. Room... More

I booked a hotel room from Hotels.com in the Golders Green area of London, England for our daughter "on line" because it was close to the bus station. I received an email in 5 minutes from the Hotels front desk confirming authorization. Then my daughter arrived within the hour, she was greeted with excellent service, the cost of the room... More

We spent an enjoyable three nights here. We had a warm welcome, the room was really well-equipped, warm and comfortable - if a bit small. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is less than five minutes from the Underground Station, so it's a good base for visiting both North London and all the central sites.

Me and my sister were looking forward to our trip to London. We were so excited, but our whole trip was ruined because of the ever so lovely Anchor House Hotel. When we arrived to the hotel they didn't let us in, saying we haven't made a booking. The staff were absolutely arrogant, rude and despiteful. I have travelled quite... More

It is always regretful for a business to have lies written about them on the internet. This particular person turned up in the middle of the night, whilst our reception was closed, demanding a room that was booked for the following day. Staff then politely explained to her that her booking was for the following day, and in any case... More

Cleanness just acceptable. Room extremely small with very low ceiling. It was obviously the garage in the back yard converted in double room where the space was enough for only one single bed. At the end of all it could be acceptable for one person for 2-3 nights, but for no more than half the price I paid.

The guesthouse is situated close to the station, you need approximate 25 min to the center of London. The Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a room in a separate garden house. It was very clean and tidy but very narrow. Towels were changed every second day and bedcloths once during our stay of 6 days. In the breakfast... More

A no-frills but very acceptable & great value short-term B&B situated only 3 minutes walk from Golders Green tube station. Especially great value for single rooms. Rooms small but all on-suite and with all of the facilities you might need for a short stopover. Breakfast is essentially continental but, again, fine for most travellers' needs. Only potential irritations are being... More
