This hotel is grossly overpriced for what it offers: the rooms are tiny, the showers are bizarrely designed, only sometimes does the internet work in your room, there are few plugs for electronics, and during the week we stayed here, the lift was not working. I expected much more for the price paid. Only the location was excellent, as it... More

As a regular business visitor to Central London I have been finding recently that Hotel prices are getting more expensive. Having shopped around on the internet this seemed the best deal for the location and the quality of Hotel I was looking for. Yes, the rooms are very small and operating the shower did need someone with long arms to... More

Location is brilliant and for the price I got the room I shouldnt be complaining. However the niggles were couldnt get any BBC TV channels (so bang went half of what you could get), access to plugs was difficult e.g. to use the kettle it had to be placed on the floor and generally you just wished someone paid more... This is another hotel where the reviews varied wildly, so booking here was a bit of leap of faith. But that leap worked out fine for me.I've given this one a 3 star rating because I think it's implicit that this is a small hotel and some of the rooms are tiny. It's a "I'm based here" hotel and not... More

On the positive side, this hotel is in a fantastic location being right on Euston Square and it's clean. Also the toiletries are pretty good for a 3 star hotel in London. Unfortunately, That's the end of the positives..... Now on the negative side... The room I had was 2 meters above street level on Euston Road, there were no... More

Location is the seller here, just outside Euston station, very handy. Rooms are small, but ok - service was OK. Would stay again. More

I checked in after 11pm to this hotel and my head office had made the booking and paid for it. The check in desk insisted I pay when the booking on their documentation clearly stated it had already been settled. After lots of coming and going with wispering in the back room it was stated that the company card had... More

Paid £90.00 inc continental breakfast which was ok, plenty of choice & self service. Fantastic location 2 mins walk from Euston, tube station opposite. Easy checkin - arrived at 2pm and rooms were cleaned and ready, nice polite girl on reception Traffic noise wasn't as bad as I expected for central London, 4th floor room. Very small room though with... More

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location is good if you plan to hang out in central London, with buses and tube nearby. The entrance of Euston Square station is actually just a few steps from the hotel. The staff was helpful and they served a nice breakfast buffet The room was small, but had what I... More

We choose this place because of the convenience and wifi. The hotel is convenient, but the wifi is very flaky. Even when we arrived the receptionist advised us wifi was difficult to connect to in our room when there were many users because the signal would be loaded down. It is a rubbish explanation - that's not how wifi works.... More
