Nothing good to say. Tiny, filthy rooms and the most arrogant, rude, and ignorant staff ever did I see. I'm really amazed they are allowed to stay in business with all the complaints they've gotten. And with the same complaints year after year you would think they'd care enough to try and improve. But no. And don't bother asking for... More

The bed was hard as a rock and tiny. The tv was tiny. Also I chose to pay for the wifi but could hardy get a signal from my room. I also choose to pay for a room with a personal bathroom but was extremely disappointed seeing it was the size of am airplane bathroom. The water temperature in the... More

Having read all the horrific reviews of this hotel I was genuinely dreading it especially as it was my finances birthday. When we arrived in Victoria the hotel is literally around the corner, perfect location for a visit to London so that part of it is fab. We got to reception and the guy there was polite, took our payment... More

I had the misfortune of staying here for one night. None of the sash windows are lockable. I stayed on the first floor and there is a balcony joining the neighbouring room. If you want to feel safe at night this is not the hotel for you as anyone could enter your room via the large sash windows. I decided... More

Tiny rooms with only a sink, bathroom in the hallway. Old dirty carpet that you didn't want to touch with your feet (we kept our shoes on all the time) the hallway smelled mold but breakfast was after all ok. Will not stay here again

On arrival to the hotel me and my partner who is of Asian decent was met by staff who were also of Asian decent with racist comments as we checked in as I am Chinese. They spoke in their mother tongue which my partner who speaks 5 languages understood every word. The staff muttered these racist comments as we made... More

I have rated this as 1 star because there's no option of -5 stars. It was a horrific experience and I can't believe that in central London, hotels like this one exist. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, good ones and bad ones. This one makes the bad one look like the Ritz, it's just horrific. Staff... More

We arrived at the hotel with low expectations, knowing not to expect a great deal for our fifty pounds for one night. But nothing could have prepared us for what followed. We entered the reception to be told our reservation had been cancelled due to non payment, even though we had been told to pay on arrival. We were then... More

Do not say here. It is dirty, people that work here are rude, the water of the shower is changing temperatures resulting in burning of the skin. I heard in the reception a customer complained of being robbed. The sheets of the beds look like they don't actually change them, Please don't stay here, do yourself this favor!!!
