The hotel is just across the street of Holborn station, the entrance is not big and obvious, I missed when walking through the first time. They request a guest room card to open the front door of hotel, which visiting guests need to wait outside and keep pressing the doorbell (I did for 7 times and finally someone opened the... More

This hotel in the SOHO area of London has very modern very clean apartment like rooms. Our "studio" included kitchen facilities with a 2 burner ceramic cook top, vented hood, mini fridge, sink and all cookware, and place settings for four. The staff were courteous, friendly, attentive and helpful. Security is excellent. The location is close to many sites we wanted... More

The location is perfect, only 10-15 min walking and you're in Piccadilly Circus. The holborn subway station is just across the road from the hotel. The are also a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area. The room seemed refurbished, but when you take a closer look the tiles in the bathroom are loose, and there was a really bad... More

Spent a lovely weekend here with friends. Apartment was very clean and had ample facilities so you could be as independent as you wanted or have the luxury of a hotel. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you needed so you could cook your own meals which for some people would be more convenient. The staff were very friendly... More

I recently stayed 4 nights at the Citadines Holborn in London. I could not have asked for a better location. The tube within a block.. You can easily walk to Covent Garden and the area was surrounded by places to eat from old & delicious pubs to fast foods. The Citadines is an Flat hotel so you are able to... More

I stayed at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden with my cousin in August last year, and now that I've started planning my stay for next year I thought I'd write a review. Maybe it's because the last hotel I stayed in London before was awful or it's really because of the amazing service we got. I don't know, but Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden... More

Our studio apartment had a nicely equipped kitchenette, and was a pretty good size by London standards. Free coffee in the lobby from a decent machine is a nice bonus. There is a small gym. Staff were friendly. Location is convenient for some of the west-end theatres, although there are not as many great restaurant choices as in nearby Soho.

Great hotel with underground car park to rear. Really good access to city with waling distance to attractions two nearby tube stations and bus stops. Had microwave and oven so used Sainsbury across the road and cooked my own food like being at home. Thoroughly recommend.

Very nice hotel in a great location (5min walk from Soho) with helpful staff. Even though in pretty vibrant part of London, room (nice and spacious) was quiet at night. Good value for the money. Recommendable.

Then this place is great. A stones throw away from the tube, a short saunter to Soho, Bloomsbury, pretty much anywhere in Central London. On the downside, there is definitely no wow factor with this hotel. The staff are competent but not too friendly, the interior is a bit worse for wear and the layout of the 1 bedroom apartment...
