The lobby and the staff were excellent. They were always sure to great us whether we were coming or going. The room was small, but plenty big for our needs. The mattresses were soft and the pillows were firm. The wifi was not usually the best for our needs, as we often couldn't connect in the morning or at night.... More

We had fabulous service at breakfast and were very pleased wit the choice. Ten pounds also seemed a very reasonable price. Wonderful service from staff when came down the stairs when our taxi arrived and carried all our (many) bags up to check in and even today, the lovely concierge carried our bags to Hertz. Wonderful experience and service. I... More

The staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms have a modern decor and are always clean and tidy. Despite the busy traffic outside the hotel, I couldn't hear the outside noise, my room was nice and quiet. The hotel is 10 minute walk from Holborn station and a 7 minute walk from the British Museum of Art. There are... More

We booked a room through Orbitz and it was small, to say the least. It might have been fine for a single traveler but for a couple it was far too small for our comfort. The bed seemed slightly smaller than a US full and I wasn't sure two people would actually fit. We requested to be moved and the... More

We stayed here for three nights and found the staff and general level of service very good. Our room was a reasonable size for a boutique hotel, bed comfortable and the shower was excellent. We ate in the Brasserie one evening and the food was good and well presented with portions just the right size. Would stay again very convenient location... More

I stayed already the second time in this hotel. I choose this because it' close to my workplace, the rooms are modern and also I enjoy their accorhotels program. There is nothing special about the hotel.I stayed in a one bed room which was enough for just spending the late evenings after dinner somewhere. The staff was nice preparing a... More

Room 408 6 - 9 March 15. Great location between Russell Square and Holborn Tubes. The place was immaculate and modern. Just chic - not shabby! It must have been recently refurbished. The breakfast was great, the plates were hot, the staff attentive and helpful. The fresh flower arrangements in reception were amazing. I just couldn't fault it. The only... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
