We stayed 3 nights in may and selected the hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The rooms are clean the service is excellent and the Wifi works well. The hotel is well locaed near Russell square and walking distance from the theatres and the Tube.

Friendly welcoming staff and warm comfortable room with great bed. Didn't want to leave. Walking distance to westend and lots of restaurants. Would stay again. Breakfasts nice and good value. Nothing was too much trouble. Great staff

Stayed one night on business. Friendly, fast service throughout. Good quality room service at reasonable price. Lots of extras included: robe/slippers/water/wine/chocolates/turn down service/free wifi. Room high standard but small, the toilet was crammed in a corner of the bathroom and a bit of a squeeze to sit on - glad I'm not taller/bigger!

Should not be writing a review as this hotel ought to remain a secret. Exceptionally convenient for Central London and for onward travel from Euston St Pancras and Kings Cross. Clean quite and comfortable and no complaints.
