We had to book a hotel on the day in London and with a super tight budget - as this was for work - and we stumbled across this hotel due to its vicinity to the venue that we needed to be at at silly o'clock the following morning. Checking in seemed busy and its a typical small hotel -... More

Chose this hotel based on its location. Booked a room for two and it was incredibly tight quarters. The service and accommodations were abysmal. The furnishings were in poor condition. The phone in our room didn't work and friends who called the hotel trying to reach us were frustrated as it seemed we were not receiving their messages. It was... More

We went for a city break in London so the price was fine if i think we booked 2 days before departure. Anyway...we arrived at the hotel and we weren't charge extra like i was afraid after i've read the reviews. They surprised me in some ways...Yes, the room was small, but they keep it clean and changed towels every... More

Stayed here 7 nights for business in July. Booked the stay (twin bed) via the company travel agency solely for the somewhat low price and good location. Little did I know what unpleasantries that would follow. At arrival I was charged extra for early check-in. The room itself was the size of a wardrobe and definitely not a 'twin bed'.... More

I booked this hotel for a business guest of mine arriving the following day for 4 nights for a single room in this 3* hotel in London which cost a staggering £860 for a single bed room due to the lack of hotel rooms at the time in London. To cut a long story short the guest was not given... More

Appalling service all round. Arrived last night only to be told they had problems with the room. Refused to give a refund but offered to put us up in a cheaper hotel which they would pay and then they would claim our costs back from Expedia. Can't help but think they are up to something. Left out on the street... More

We arrived after a 4 hour journey to be told that our room had a leaking pipe! They would send a cab to take us to another hotel next door!! This cost £86 a night not the £189 we had paid!! They would claim the money back and book us the hotel - making a few quid out of it!!... More

I made the mistake of booking before reading the reviews. They are pretty accurate. My room was small and sparsely furnished, 3 light bulbs dead, security lock mechanism on door removed, satellite TV defunct, drawer missing, window blind broken, tap loose on basin, extractor fan not working and due to exceptionally high water pressure, a shower head with a mind... We booked this hotel for a party of 10 for my grandsons birthday, as my grandson is disabled, having read the reviews on this site after having booked it at a none refundable rate I was mortified and worried myself sick that I had made a big mistake, but as it was none refundable we had no option but to...
