This place really is awful - carpet was so worn you could see the floor boards - stay clear ! There was nowhere to have your breakfast as the hotel was getting decorated - it really should have been closed down for the refurb. No tea or coffee facilities. single room was tiny. checked out a day ealry as it... More

Stayed for 2 nights and could not wait to check out. Hotel looks very nice from outside but inside tells another story. We had a room with double bed.The bed was no more than 4 feet and was right up against the wall. Room was so small you could hardly get the two of us in it at the same time.... More

AWFULL first I was greeted by a not so welcoming member of the reception staff. Then my phone in the room did not work for room service ! I had to go down to reception twice just to get a coffee then I had to carry it myself. Breakfast I was ignore for 15 mins. And had to stand in... More

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the young staff are friendly and do try to help but are obviously constrained by the management! In our first room, the so called "double bed" was the smallest I had ever seen! The heating was stuck at on and the room was like a sauna, the tv... More

Tucked away just off Tottenham Court Road, this is in an ideal location. The hotel is a little run down, only one elevator working (And that was a bit dubious, clanking and grinding) but the room we had was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The price wasn't exactly cheap (£138 one night) BUT, it was a triple room and it... More

Good points are: clean linen & towels. Room clean & warm. Staff good. Location excellent.Bad points are: once past reception, the whole place needs redecorating & a lot of general maintenance work. Exposed wires, broken sockets, peeling wall paper, broken lift, stains on carpets, walls, ceilings & furniture. Small rooms. Pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced anywhere. It's... As others have said it is a great location. And to be fair my experience of the staff was quite good. That said, the manager was surly and unwelcoming. I asked for - and got - a kettle to make some tea from one of the two young women working the front desk. My windowless, basement room, G6, was better... More

My boyfriend booked a night here as a birthday treat last December so we could stay up in London after seeing a show. After reading the reviews on here, I was worried about our stay. When we arrived we were kept waiting 10mins while the man on reception was speaking on the phone in a foreign language, obvious from his... More

This hotel is good for a night, when you are tired and go directly to bed as it is really small, dark and it seems the walls are made from cartoon, you hear everything, i woke up several times because of clatter. But the room is clean and has a bathroom with a warm shower, tv and 2 big mirrors... More
