OMG!!! One of my pet hates are cheap, nasty hotels where staff work and hardly speak a word of english and the main aim is to rip you off!!! Fantastic location - easily accessible from Heathrow by tube. Just one changeover needed on tube lines. Reception Staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Any request was adhered to quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was adequate - cooked English breakfast was available and freshly cooked when ordered. Would like to say the staff were very helpful and welcoming.Hotel was in a great location for our theatre break,not far to walk to Trafalgar square etc,,tube and bus access very close. Very simple rooms but that's all we wanted,clean and tidy with tea and coffee making tray(even biscuits) Would definately stay again. More
