I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and was very satisfied. The staff was great, especially in the restaurant. The food was good, love the breakfast, great location, clean but small. I would stay again. More

For the price we were disappointed. Small Room, Smelly Bathroom, Heating intermittent, No Drawers, No hooks in the bathroom. On the plus side, Excellent food, very efficient staff. In summary, the very fine public areas of the hotel are not matched by the rooms. More

I usually stay in Kensington and decided to get out of my comfort zone and booked this Radisson Hotel in Bloomsbury. We travelled from Gatwick on the Gatwick express to Victoria Station and took the tube to Tottenham Court Road. It was then a 5 minute walk to the hotel in Great Russell Street. Check-in was quick and friendly and... More

I could cope with the tiny size of the room as it was clean and well-laid out but in practice there was no window as it was frosted out. It was like being in an 'internal' cabin on a ferry. When I commented on this to Reception, I was told that I would have had a window had I been... More

Nice and cosy hotel, but the double beds are a joke. Made for 1.5 persons tops. Small but ok rooms. More

I stayed in the Hotel for two nights on the second floor during January 2012. The Hotel is easy to find, being about a five-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station on the Central Line. The Hotel is just across the road from the British Museum and is in the heart of the West End, ideal for shops, restaurants,... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Like ALL london hotels, it is small but did the job. Great location, friendly staff. Will go back. More

First of all, my bag arrived to my room about 2 hours after I'd checked in, and only after I'd rung down to ask where it was. On arrival the room was cold (the weather outside was 0 degrees and the heating was turned off). After spending some time trying to figure out the heating (the controls were worn and... More

I had booked a single room here for a few nights. I have never seen such a small room (and have booked single rooms before. I knew straight away I would not be able to stay in this tiny room (especially without being able to open the locked windows). I asked for and upgrade and was offered a king size... More

This hotel is one of the friendliest I have stayed in. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. The room was very comfortable and the whole place was smart and clean at all times. The location was excellent for shops, theatres, restaurants and the British Museum was across the road. I'll definitely book again. More
