My friend and I recently stayed at the Kenilworth and were very happy with this hotel. The location is great. It is only a 5 minute walk to the tube and only a 2 minute walk to the British Museum. I felt the price was very reasonable for the location. There are plenty of dining choices nearby, shopping (Covent Garden)... more

I stayed here on 1st July 2009. The location is great and the public areas are fine. My room was another story. A tiny single room - the lack of space compounded by the fact that te chair didn't fit under the desk so could not be pushed out of the way. I left with two bruises from banging into... more

Me and my husband have recently stayed at this hotel, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff were very helpful, very friendly and would do anything to help. Location was absolutely brilliant for just about any part of london you wanted. About a ten minute slow walk (I walk with a stick) to nearest tube station, same time to Covent... more

I have travelled down to London a few times to work and have stayed in this hotel 3 times this year. The last two times I have had cause for complaint. I stayed in the Radisson Kenilworth in May 2009 for two nights and when I got to my room I was at first met with a strange smell. I... more

Perfect location for London's West End theatres, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and very close to The British Museum. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms may be in need of a slight update but they work well with what they've got and for such a great location you can sacrifice a little on the style. Very comfortable beds! As with most hotels... more

The good things: - Location, location, location. It is a block from the British Museum, 5 minutes from Seven Dials, only slighter longer to Covent Garden, around the corner from Oxford Street and within walking distance of the major West End theaters. Tottenham Court Subway is about 2 blocks away. There are a lot of places to eat within walking... more

I've been staying in London for business for over 4 years now and have not found as great, friendly and personal service as I have experienced at the Kenilworth. Fabulously efficient and friendly staff who seem to remember you (even if they don't really) and just go 'out of their way' to make your stay pleasant. I've seen other reviews... more

After having stayed at various Radisson Edwardian Hotels in London over the past two years, approx. every 2 months for long weekends. I have pleasure in saying that the hotels are extremely comfortable, staff couldnt be more friendly and they are always so helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and food is also excellent. Very professional in all aspects. My... more

I stay in different hotels all year around for business or leisure and I must say that this hotel stood out by the friendliness off their staff, who made me feel very welcoming and my stay an unforgetable one. I had a wonderful time and nothing to complain about or adjust, thanks again. more
