While it might not be the worst hotel we have stayed in, it is by by far the worst for the price. By FAR. Where do I begin? As people have said the rooms are small. We were in a "family room" which features a king bed so it wasn't the size of a closet, but its small so beware.... More

The hotel is well located close to Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Theatres and the Underground. Plenty of places to eat (pubs, cafes and restaurants) close by. Rooms are well appointed and are a good size. Breakfast is fine but not great. The staff were extremely helpful and all had a "can do" attitude. We booked and stayed 9 nights so... More

I stayed in the Radisson Blu on Great Russell Street on a business trip to London. My room was not the largest I have ever stayed in, and the carpets are a little warn, but for the location and the price that my company will pay it was completely adequate. The reception area is very clean and tidy and the... More

I don't usually gripe but with this one I have to. I arrived in London in the aftermath of the tube strike. I used to live in the area and knew my hotel wasn't far from Kings Cross so due to massive queues for both tube tickets and taxi's I decided to walk. So I when I was getting close... More

Dear Biffnteal, Naturally I am disappointed to read that our levels of service were not up to our usual standard and please be assured that I will be raising the problem which you had gaining directions to the hotel with Front Desk team along with our team of operators. Due to the age of the building our rooms have different... More

If you've read Harry Potter you have a faint idea about how bad this hotel room was. About 7ft x 9ft, tired, worn carpet - it's quite amusing that they try to fit everything in this space, cupboard, desk, tea and coffee tray, the result is a hideous pastiche of an up market students room. I tried to change it... More

Dear NigelB48, I am disappointed to learn that you found your room to be too small on this occasion. Our Single Standard rooms vary between 8 - 10 square metres and this information is clearly displayed on our website. Unfortunately the room which you were allocated is one of our smaller single rooms and I am sorry that we did... More

The Hotel is located is very centrally, Giving waking access to two major street. Tottenham Road for all electronics and gadgets and Oxford street. Hotel rooms are decent and comfortable, please take extra care if booking single room it's really tiny. I have enjoyed my time here. All staff were also helpful too.

Lovely hotel in brilliant location for tourist attractions and Theatre's. Our room was clean and modern with a comfy king size bed, mini bar, tea and coffee and nice bathroom. Reception staff were friendly and iced fruit water and children's sweets was a nice little touch. Good: Really soft fluffy both robes. Bad: £3.50 for a Kit Kat from the... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks after moving to London in January '15. The location was great, very close to The British Museum and Tottenham Court Underground station. Being in Central London, all other locations of interest were close-by as well. As I was going to stay here for 3 weeks and going to start my new assignment,... More

I enjoyed a 3 night stay in this hotel and was very pleased with it. Lovely atmosphere. Quality of room was excellent. As a single traveller you can often be given a broom cupboard but this room was lovely. Breakfasts were of a high quality and organised well. Brilliant location in the centre of London - pricey but worth it.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
