Easy to get to, just a few minutes walk from Russell Square tube station, but reasonably priced. Modern comfortable room, although it could have done with some better quality pillows, since both the 'soft' and 'firm' labelled varieties seemed the same and not particularly comfortable. Helpful staff, efficient service.

Stayed at the hotel for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Great location, easy walking distance of most traditional attractions. Mostly a good experience, but a little disappointing service for breakfast and slow serving in the bar at night. The rooms were quite OK, big nice bed (De Luxe rooms) All in all a good experience and will recommend... More

Why is the staff so difficult? I had to leave four boxes of gourmet food (smoked black cod, artisanal tarts and salads) in my mini bar fridge because the staff refused to believe my mini-bar was broken and would not open.

As London hotels go, this is good. It is located in a pleasant area, easy to get to, and if you get a room away from the roads, it is generally quiet (a little noise at weekends). The rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. Mine had the old sash windows which made the room a little chilly, but the... More

One night stay, chose hotel for location and believed Radisson a decent brand. Superior room apparently means a very small room in a small corridor shared with the cleaners store where you have to fight your way past the cleaners to get into and out of your room. Checking in they took the usual swipe but then added another swipe... More

2 min walk from the tube, lovely modern facilities, staff very helpful. Room a little small but everything there you need. I stayed on a room only basis so don't know about the food. You are right at the end of Oxord Street so if you want to shop the location is fantastic. Also a 24 cafed on the same... More

We stayed on a Saturday night and had a double room and a twin room. Both the rooms were a reasonable size for a Central London/City hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in 3/4 hour early albeit that we weren't able to get rooms close together, in fact on completely opposite wings of the building... More

In need of a centrally located hotel with clean comfortable rooms then this is for you. Good value at under £200 for the night , I was particularly impressed with the efficient check in at 10pm when I arrived. Pleasant public rooms and within 500 yards of Oxford a Street

Stay there be satisfied. Breakfast is expensive but very good. There are non-smoking rooms on request. Good location - placed centrally in the City and comfortable to get everywhere to all attractions. Near to Underground station and very near to British Museum.
