Booked this hotel via Virgin vouchers for our Wedding anniversary. Hotel staff very pleasant and happy to help. Room was comfortable, but quite warm during the night. There was aircon so not to much of a problem. We had a plate with Happy Anniversary written in Chocolate and a cheese cake waiting for us in our room when we arrived.... More

Stayed here with work for one night, very comfy bed and room was well sized. However, spoke with Reception a couple of times and one of the staff, I found to be quite rude. The other was much more helpful...! Property has good amenities and is very well located.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the location is good for Oxford st, museums, covent garden, etc our room was comfortable apart from being a bit warm aircon not working and windows cant open, however apart from this we had a great stay, friendly staff, good breakfast selection, hotel was pricey but hey it was worth it.

I stayed here for work for 6 nights, and would recommend it for it's central location, friendly staff with a great can-do attitude, nice breakfast and general welcoming feeling. I ended up upgrading to a more expensive room, as the standard room I was given was VERY cramped and dark. GBP40 extra each night resulted in a bright room on... More

Would stay here again very central, close to British museum and Euston station. We enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful and kind. We had our elderly mother with us who is 86, the staff gave her assistance in the dinning room and getting a taxi and helped her into the taxi.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights this week on a combined leisure/business trip. The location is great for the tube and for many of the main tourist sites, being within easy walking distance of Covent Garden and theatre land, Chinatown, Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square; and almost next door to the British Museum. Plenty of decent local restaurants... More

I have stayed here a number of times on business as it is one of my company's preferred hotels, but will not do so again. I arrived on a Sunday, admittedly having booked a single room, but the room I was given was so small and dark that it really gave me the impression that they had squeezed it in... More

Dear aah173, I am terribly disappointed that your stay was not up to the usual standard which we pride ourselves on at The Kenilworth hotel. It is not acceptable that the cords for the blind had been damaged and this should have been reported by our housekeeping department and I am sorry for the noise from the air conditioning unit,... Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
