I love my Raddison Blu hotels, so tried this one as wanted to be in the area - for which it is very good! The positives were that as usual there was absolutely fantastic customer service - from booking the hotel through a lovely customer service personnel, to the checkin staff, to the wait staff at breakfast all were polite,... A really great hotel in a wonderful location. We First stayed at this hotel in March of 2014. When we returned in March of 2015 the staff at the front desk remembered us and even gave us the same suite we had last year. All hotel and restaurant staff are great. Every request was met with prompt response. Our room... More

A good hotel where I regularly stay for business. Rooms are clean, spacious for London and with the required amenities expected at that level. Staff always pleasant and discreet. Breakfast is appropriate albeit not served before 07:00.

check-in at 8pm was made difficult due to lack of staff at the check-in desk and then some sort of computer issue impacting the staff member dealing with my check-in meant it was a good few minutes before he actually managed to deal with me. The room is best described as a cupboard with a bed. There was a light... More

Great location very convenient to visit all London attractions. Staff was very frendly, helpful and the service was excellent. Very clean. Room a bit small. Bed a bit hard. Would recommend to stay above seond floor and ask for elevator access as we stayed at elevated ground floor and we had no view and had to go up stairs. Breakfast... More

A very comfortable hotel with typical Radisson decor and facilities. The only downside really was that there is no lounge area so a quiet evening drink was taken in the bar/dining area. The service in the bar was a little slow but the staff were friendly and polite. The check in and check out staff were excellent.

This was my first stay at the Kenilworth. The hotel is convenient to the British Museum, Covent Garden, Russell Square, Soho and Oxford Street. As centrally located as it is, it is much quieter than some of the other hotels where I've stayed on busier streets nearby. My room (an executive room on the seventh floor) was spacious, very clean... More

staff team were great at this place - especially the reception staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Happy to chat and give guidance on tube etc. I booked a double, but was put in a twin, which was a bit on the small size. But perfectly formed. Shower tray was a bit the worse for wear - didn't have Radisson's usual... More

Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
