We booked 2 rooms. Our room was fine but our friends room was a single and the air conditioning didn't work and the mattress had a dip in the middle so she didn't sleep well. Complaint the following day wasn't dealt with satisfactory. I suggest if you stay here complain immediately if you're not happy and demand a different room.

The location is great, walking distance to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, the tube and bus stations. The check-in was great, room was ready and staff were very pleasant. The room was clean, the mini-bar well stocked (but you cannot put your own drinks in), the glasses were packaged (always a good thing). We were 2 adults and a teenager, and... More

I stayed here 5 nights in July for business purposes, with a colleague. The location is incredible. The hotel is a short walking distance from everything we wanted to see. The staff and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast also excellent. Our only complaint was the room size. Two people couldn't get in the door, the room was... More

My overall stay at this hotel was satisfactory, but some of the staff was unprofessional and a bit to relaxed at times. Surprisingly one of the English staff called me mate during breakfast and i don't even know him. The breakfast is of a high standard and it's good value for money.

we had a lovely stay in this hotel, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Air con was a welcome feature especially in the night. the hotel is in a great location convenient to oxford st and the west end theatres. The staff were friendly and very helpful. we had breakfast on the 2nd morning which was great... More

Except for narrow entry to shower (way too close to w/h basin) the room was fine. If you are a fat person you will have difficulty accessing the shower, my wife and I are medium build and it was a tight fit.

I had high hopes for a comfortable stay but was disappointed. The single room I had was tired in places, particularly the bathroom with rust on metal edges and black in the cracks. The cleaner had obviously done her best to clean it but it was ground in. The air conditioning was loud and blew directly on to the bed... More

This hotel looks great but I have stayed in better 4 star hotels, certainly for the price. That said, this is London, so prices will always be higher. Good features: bedroom furnishings, bed, tv, location, clean Poor features: air conditioning noisy when on and dripped constantly when off; mirror in room not close enough to electric socket; bath very narrow... We visited London with my wife for a birthday of a relative down south. And decided to include a small cityholiday at the same time. The hotel is on a very good location right next to the British Museum. Close to Tottenham Court Road underground station. We had a deluxe room with a kingsize bed. Too bad our room was... More

The central London location is the major attraction of this chain hotel. The Tottenham Court road underground station is 5-ish min walk away, and 30 seconds to the British Museum. Whilst it did not 'wow' in any area, it did everything well! The staff were polite and ever helpful. The restaurant was remarkably good value considering London prices, with generous... More
