Booked very late and got a very good online offer. Really convenient for Covent Garden, Chinatown. Found the hotel staff to be very helpful and charming. Even offered me an umbrella for the rain. Nice room. Very quiet, especially considering it's location. Comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Stunning hotel. We got a great room literally looking over Leicester Square which the kids loved. Very friendly and helpful staff and the bar was excellent too. The location is unbeatable as you can literally walk to most of the major attractions, such as British Museum, Portrait Gallery, Covent Gardens, etc Easy to find via tube as well. Highly recommended

Introducing our children, ages 7 and 10, to London, we were facing a challenging task of finding a hotel within a walking distance to the city's major places of interest plus Cambridge Theatre where we were going to see "Matilda" without compromising the comfort and quality of the accommodations. We believe, with Radisson Blu Edwardian at Leicester Square we nailed... More

We bought the Pink Afternoon tea for two here to join friends already going. We were able to add to the booking without any trouble. Our afternoon tea trays came out quite quickly after we arrived which was great. The choice of sandwiches, cakes and pastries were delightful. There was so much food between the four of us there were... More

We booked from Germany where we live and work. I had called to advise the hotel of my wifes birthday during our stay. When we had arrived ,we had been upgraded to a superior room on the 6th floor and they had left a decorated birthday cake on the table for Gina,my wife. The staff were courteous and attentive. It... £600 was the cost of two nights in a basic room at the raddison Blu in leister square london. The 'double bed' was not big enough fo one person, the windows were painted shut and the air conditioning emitted a pungent, toxic smell on complaining a further room was reluctantly offered by a receptionist whose skills at client care left... We booked this hotel as a 'mystery' booking on last minute.com and thank god we did. We saved over 30% off the online rate by using this method and we would have been devastated has we paid the full amount. It was i am sure no coincidence that we were in the smallest room on the floor based on the... More

Great location, great breakfast, room was good - but view not great (also had to repair ceiling lights - but as i had an early check in I didn't complain). Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was enormous and shower was great. But I just didn't think the facilities warranted 5 stars......but would definitely go there again as price was... More

Had an overnight stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it. Our room / suite overlooked Leicester Square and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After travelling for 10 hours it was great to relax before getting ready to go out. We walked from hotel to Theatre land and Covent Gardens . Breakfast was good quality and afternoon tea... More

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
