Love the location. Can walk to Trafalgar square, Covent Garden and to Strand. Rooms are a little small but alright by London standard. Wifi works well. Many good restaurants nearby and theater too. I hv a good view of London Eye, Big Ben despite being only on 6th floor.

We stayed for one night at the Radisson Edwardian Leicester Square. The hotel is in a great central location, right on Leicester Square, ideal for theatres, and shops. The ground floor public areas are modern and well appointed. The accommodation floors are looking a little dated, but the rooms are clean, and a reasonable size for London. The upper floors... More

Looked up hotel pictures seemed amazing upon arrival out Side lovely reception acceptable staff in a rush to check you in without listening to customer's request went up to room very run down and smelly corridors, room very depressing very noisy vacume machine throughout the whole evening, for the price of over 300 pounds I would expect a better stay,... Stayed here with Hubby at the end of November for a pre-Xmas treat. Excellent welcome and service from the Reception staff. We had a room at the back, so pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The only interruption to our sleep was from the people in the adjacent room as the door was very close and we could hear... More

Stayed in this hotel for Business and must say had difficulty finding it every time I returned after being out. My invited guests to the hotel also had difficulty in locating the hotel. I was surprised with how small the rooms were and also the shortage of staff in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and the location is really in... More

My mother and i stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were fantastic, we walked past the hotel a couple of times trying to figure out which way to go to the theartre and the male receptionist came out and asked if we were ok. He then gave us directions. The breakfast was wonderful, will definatly book at another Radisson Blu... More

I stayed in this hotel for a Christmas shopping break with my family. The hotel is right on Leicester Square in the heart of London - so a perfect location. The hotel itself is sadly now feeling a little dated, but I've since learned it is due to close on the 19th December after which it will be pulled down... More

The hotel is centrally located, but the single elevator causes long wait. The room was supposed to be a "superior" room, but was actually standard to me. The corridors are narrow and difficult to walk in with heavy luggage. It rained in the corridor outside my room door and the carpet was soggy. I could not turn off the air... More

The hotel is between Leicester and Trafalgar Squares and walking distance to all the main sites. It is a bit more pricey, but worth it for the location. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with advice or directions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
