Excellent location, staying 1 night for a conference. Very friendly and efficient check in, clean and comfortable room. Negatives ; breakfast only commenced at 7am and 06.45 could not be accommodated at all. Colleague had a used condom in bedside drawer! But staff very apologetic and removed immediately

The hotel was located in great area (we were seeing a show and out for a nice meal) everything we wanted was local walking distance. The room was small but adequate and the bathroom was a good size and everything was nicely decorated. There is free wi-fi and the staff were very helpful. Only downside for me was that when... More

Dear GgowChris, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry that we put you near the lift instead of away from the lift. I do believe this must have been a misunderstanding. I apologise. Hopefully next time you can contact me first and I will ensure you are allocated a nice room away from the lifts. I look forward... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location - in the middle of the theatre district, close to Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester square, Oxford street etc. etc. The staff was friendly and service-minded, the place was clean and newly refurbished. Unfortunately, the room we had was tiny, and the bed hardly intended for two grown-ups. We had breakfast in... More

We have many different room sizes and very good prices. Our rooms range from a double cosy, double superior room, king deluxe, business class, studio rooms and then our lovely relaxing... More

I stay at Radisson Blu hotels a lot and whenever I'm in central London this is the one I tend to stay at. Why? Well for a start the rooms are beut icily appointed, not overly done but really comfortable and mildly opulent. The restaurant is very (particularly the breakfasts which are well worth the wait) and its right on... More

We stayed at this hotel on a theatre visit . It is not that easy to see , we actually walked past it , and had to go back a few yards . In fact it is located on the mini-roundabout with the seven dials post . We were given a very friendly welcome , and directed to our room... More

Modern, stylish hotel in a perfect location on Seven Dials for the West End theatre's. Service was second to none but in an unobtrusive manner. I had a cosy double which was well appointed, bright and very nicely decorated. The room was available on arrival for an early check in and my cases were stored on my day of departure.... More
