Although this hotel was very far from the airport, it was worth the travel. It took us about 45-50 minutes on the tube/walking to our hotel to get here... but once we arrived it was great. Upon check in they offered us drinks and fresh fruit which was amazing as we had a long trip before our arrival. We checked... More

Staff was very pleasant and made every effort to make our stay a good one. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very nice. The location is excellent, particularly for theater and restaurants. The value was excellent for London

This hotel is really top notch, some reviewers have commented on the small rooms but a boutique hotel in London is going to have small rooms - that's London for you! However the difference is that the furnishings, furniture, amenities and linens are second to none. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, stylish and have everything you need.... More

Excellent location for shopping, restaurants and getting around London. Close to some sights and good Communications to get to Others. Ok rooms and good service. Will definitely use the hotel again, as I like the hotel and the area.

Stayed here with my wife who recently had a knee operation due to the proximity to everything. Lovely hotel, great location, trendy rooms, nice staff. Let down by room entertainment technology that didn't work, hotel systems that didn't reflect my booking and very small rooms for the money. But that's central london for you!

Greeted warmly by the friendly staff at the front desk when arrived. Had booked 2 rooms (a standard room and a suite) as we have 3 of us.The standard room was very small but cosy. The suite was big with a dressing room and nespresso machine. We stayed on 3rd and 6th floor. The suite on 6th floor had good... More

Would recommend this hotel for a short stay and for many reasons including superb location, friendly staff and good quality rooms. Many of London's attractions are within walking distance of the hotel including the theatres, Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.

The staff were very lovely and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean (and it was their "cosy" one - more than enough as far as I'm concerned. And ofcource - location, location, location - perfect !

This is a good hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small (standard) but comfortable and the bathroom is quite nice and a good size. The TV was annoying as it kept freezing but that was about the worst of it. Breakfast was good and had a good array of options. One to consider but pricey.
