We visit London on a frequent basis and normally stay in Mayfair, Kensington etc so are very familiar with the area. We thought it would be nice to stay in Covent Garden but were wary about the noise and how outside activities would affect our comfort. We arrived at the hotel, which is at the centre of Seven Dials, to... More

i stayed at this hotel August 2014. and i loved it. rooms are small, but is to be expected for the area (SOHO). very nicely decorated and the breakfast here is outstanding and so is the service from the staff. the location of this hotel is fantastic for nightlife. close to theatres and nightlife of London as well as landmarks.

I stayed here one night on a business trip,a college hired a meeting room for the day and amenities in the room were first class along with the service we received ,the room was superb as expected, what I didn't expect was after having a long busy day was in my opinion a rude barman who tried three times to serve... We had a two night stay in this hotel 10-12 December 2014. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in London so far. The location was fab, the staff were so helpful + nice + welcoming. The beds were so comfortable I am going to see if I can buy one of the same make. will... More

Hotel is situated in a great location @ Seven Dials, 5 - 10 minute walk to most attractions. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, maid service was excellent every day. Restaurant can be very busy, but staff always found space for us to sit. Breakfast was included in our rate, very good service in the... More

Overall nice hotel in a really fabulous location. Rooms typically London tight. Rate was expensive but understand this can be timing however £23 for breakfast and over £10 for a gin & tonic simply a rip off. So overall nice place to sleep but eat/drink elsewhere

We have stayed twice at this hotel this year and like it a great deal. Firstly its location is ideal. There are some nice bars etc around it and it is also in easy walking distance of many good places to visit. We also like the hotel itself. It is a boutique hotel with some quirky touches but it is... More

We booked this hotel for a few nights to see a few shows and enjoy a short break in London. For this, it is excellently located, within walking distance of Covent Garden and the surrounding theatre land. In the Capital city you have to expect rooms to be smaller and a greater cost than elsewhere, but it was still good... More

Room not available until 5pm on day of check-in which was very disappointing. We were left in limbo sitting at a bar for two hours waiting and wondering when room was going to be available. One complimentary drink per person in a two hour period was not really satisfactory considering the cost per room per night.

Excellent location for central London but feels out the way enough if you want to stay away from the crowds (but then what's the point of being in London). Rooms weren't huge but very clean and comfortable. Never had any meals here but the bar is a nice start to your evening. Staff are very friendly.

Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
