This hotel was sited well for visiting theaters and the central London attractions. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the back that was had no traffic noise at all. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds deserve a special mention as they had a pillow top on... More

Gave this a four rating because of room size. We paid for superior king room and to be fair it was an odd shape and a bit cramped. Paid for the same room for our friends and asked their opinion and it was the same as ours. Hotel spotless (bit of perfumed smell in reception). Just had drinks in the... More

Couldn't fault this place. From start to finish a very enjoyable stay. The location is one of the best we have had being close to everything we hoped to experience on our long weekend in London! Wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Stayed for one night. The receptionist had lost his voice so checking in was made interesting! Rooms and hotel in general was nice. Location was excellent, right in the centre of Covent Garden. The appalling service was a real let down. We sat at the bar waiting about 20 minutes for 2 teas, 1 coffee and a glass of prosecco.... More

One of the most cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room size was a bit small but everything else was perfect. Superb decor, great bed, clean room. Only spent one night but location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. They did a major renovation some years back to fit with Radisson's new "Blu" look. I think the only thing I miss is the old location of the lobby - it was so cozy and English. But I understand they needed the space for a proper restaurant. My only... More
