Stayed here in early April for 3 nights with my 16 y.o. and 14 y.o. sons on a "guys" football trip to Europe. This is the 3rd Novotel that we have stayed at in Europe (Brussels and Gare Montparnasse in Paris) and is probably the most attractive. Please note that we did not eat or drink in the hotel at... Stayed for two nights for a city break in London. Great location, family friendly, short walk to London Eye, Houses of Parliament etc. Modern, clean rooms. Staff are pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Nice bar/lounge to relax in after busy days. Good breakfast facilities, busy but no long queues. Be nice if the toasters were a bit faster!! Overall, great value.

This hotel is in a great location is you want to see the main London tourist sights- Big Ben, London Eye, etc! We only stayed one night after a HORRIBLE airline experience (Vueling. Just don't.), but the hotel staff were really helpful and brightened up our stay. The concierge even found a phone charger for me to use (having lost... More

Just returned home from a week here, staying with the children over the Easter Holidays. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, with Big Ben, the London Eye and the nearest tube station all within a pleasant 10 minute stroll. We overlooked Lambeth Palace (by request) but did not hear any noise despite being on the main road.... More

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance from the train stations and places to visit across the Thames. A close walk to the hop-on-hop-off buses. The staff is friendly and helpful and the accommodation is well priced. The family enjoyed the breakfasts and the dining. We were a family of six adults that stayed for five nights and... More

I have stayed at a number of London hotels over the past few months but this was my first stay here. The check-in staff member was very friendly, polite and efficient. The room was surprisingly spacious for this type of hotel with a decent sized desk, sofa and tv. Nice view of Lambeth Palace too. There was plenty of hanging... More

I stayed a night at the Novotel London Waterloo at the end of the Easter holiday and had a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood isn't as central to London activities as you might like, but there are several bus stations in the immediate block, and Waterloo train station is approximately a 15 minute walk north. There's a lovely church garden... More

The hotel is conveniently located in Lambeth Road, 9 minutes walking from Lambeth North Station on the Bakerloo line. I was in London for 3 weeks for business and I found the Novotel to be competitively priced and a perfect match for the needs of a business traveller. The executive rooms are spacious and with a modern-functional design, with double... More

I must admit that this hotel pleasantly surprised me on all counts. When I usually check in to a hotel in Central London, my expectations of service etc are very low unless it’s a top end five start property. The staff right from check in desk to room service are amongst the best I have seen in a lot of... More
