Would stay there again as the location was convenient for local sight seeing. The staff were polite and helpful and the restaurant, bar and food was very acceptable. The room was small but clean, however, the fridge did not work at all.
Novotel has quite a good standard and you are likely to find the same quality across countries and cities. Parking is quite expensive, but still cheaper than parking on the street. Pricing is not cheap, but OK for London, plus you save a lot because everything is withing a walking distance - you hardly need public transportation.

There are indeed several bus stops close to the hotel and Bus 507 will only take 5 minutes when travelling from Waterloo station.

The stay that my wife and I had at this hotel early May 2012 was great, helpful, happy staff, no waiting or problems with checking in and out and very straighforward and open access to all areas. Room was as you would expect for a standard price booking - very comfortable bed, no traffic noise or sounds from adjacent rooms....

Stayed here on business. Staff helpful, food fine and rooms were good. However, internet access is £19.95 a day (a package with all you can have of fiffy movies) and it is a fair walk from Lambeth North tube station. However, buses run from outside the hotel into the city and to Brixton and beyond

We stayed here for three nights in early April 2012. The staff were most helpful, the rooms were of good size and clean. Theresturant and bar staff were also most helpful the food was good and well worth it. The ocation was onlt a short walk from Lambeth North tube station.
