Nice welcome, supper available even though we were late arriving. Comfortable , good sized and warm room, good bed. Clean en-suite. Pleasant bar, nice to see the bar was quite busy. Bedrooms were quiet so a good night's sleep. All in all a good place to stay especially for sightseeing. more

We have just returned from 2 nights stay at the Novotel Waterloo (Feb 4) and have to say what a bright, clean,comfortable, friendly hotel this is! All the staff are warm and approachable (especially Silvia and Theresa!), the rooms so fresh and airy, the breakfasts full of healthy and not so healthy choices! Upgraded room was great. HUGE - even toilet was separate to bathroom. Great gadgets, great layout. Definitely would recommend if walking out of the front door and feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere is not an issue. The Novotel Waterloo is located just on the south side of Lambeth Bridge - an ideal location for the Tate, the Eye and shopping.
