We stayed there for a short trip to London and enjoyed the location in Brick Lane district with its cultural and historic flair but also very near the Underground station so it is easy to access all other London locations. Tower Bridge is just 15 minutes walk away, too. The hotel itself is currently under renovation but we could not... More

Went there for business and used to take cheaper hotel London when in London and I'm really disappointed about this one. Room are small (but as in a lot of London hotel) but really bad designed. You have 2 feet between the border of the bed and the light buttons. It's really noisy because of the neighborhood but also of... More

We had a two bedroom suite on the 5th floor, the view of the skyline was great, the room was clean and the bathroom had a bath which is always welcome when travelling with kids. Both rooms had a TV which was great when we had a down time. The location of this hotel is brilliant we walked into the... More

Stayed here for one night as part of a business stop over - had a budget of £90 in central-ish London. I was pleased to be offered a large room (a double with an extra single). The room was very clean and had a bath - which I adore! The towels were large and the bathroom sundries plentiful. The room... More

Having been there for one weekend, I can recommend this hotel. It is a clean hotel but it is very important, where your room is. If your room is facing the street, it seems to be uncomfortable according to most reviews. I can only say good things about it as we didn't face the street but instead we faced the... More

Stayed here last weekend with friends and cannot be negative about this hotel at all. Great Location close to both Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street mainline stations and Aldgate east tube station. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and very clean, it even had added advantage of a fridge in the room and... More

I stayed in 201 for 2 nights with my wife .. hmm in my view it's best budget hotel which is near to central London. Just beside to tube line. Breakfast and room service was excellent when compared.... We requested additional room stuff which was provided in time.. Overall we enjoyed the stay . Cheers..

Stayed in room 214.... Was a horrible experience. The decor was extremely tired, the carpets disgusting dirty, the bathroom looked run down, the shower head didnt stay up so difficult to shower, the shaving light didn't work, the toilet badly creaked when sitting on it, the wall lights in the room are individually switch which makes them tiedious to use... Stayed here for three nights on business. The hotel is apparently undergoing refurbishment. I was given an unrefurbished first floor room overlooking the street. The noise until late and the paper thin walls, made for less than sound sleep. Woke felling very sore, having been visited by bed bugs The staff were very apologetic. I was moved to a refurbished... I stayed here for 4 nights on business (having been booked in by a corporate travel agent). It's a dreadful hotel and I can only think of one positive thing to say, that being the quality of the wifi, which is excellent. This hotel is just off the Whitechapel Road (not the best area of London and perhaps best described... More

Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel.
