We stayed here while passing through London on a leap year trip. I had gotten the recommendation from an Australian friend, and it turned out wonderfully! You get a lot for your money, considering you are in London, including FREE wifi! (unheard of!) and a FREE full breakfast! It's only about 30-45mins to get into central on the metro, and... More

We have been staying at the Abbey Lodge in Ealing, West London during our visits to the UK for several years. We have tried other similarly priced hotels but the Abbey Lodge is definitely the best value for money. The location is perfect - set in a quiet residential area where one can have a full English breakfast (at no... More

I stayed here for one night having stayed at the sister hotel the previous week. 46 pounds for an en suite room. No complaints. Fabulous value for money, great location, you get what you pay for but I had no issues, got a great nights sleep and isn't the fanciest breakfast but enough to set you up for the day.... More

I've stayed here a number of times over the years and so have seen the improvements each time I come. Loving the addition of the small flatscreen freeview TVs ! It's basically an old victorian house converted so it has the foibles /quirks that go with it - the rooms seem to vary in size, so I've had the big... More

We paid £50 for a double room for 1 night... Easy to find & we were able to park on the small forecourt when we arrived. The hotel is clean but the decor is very tired & worn. Don't expect to feel full after the cooked breakfast (my husband described it as having a "sniff of bacon"!!) but if you're... More

The breakfast was included in the price and you could see why, one part was cold the other warm, the amount was tiny and didnt like the fact you are eating your breakfast near where people could smoke. The room was dirty with hairs on the bed, the floorboards had broken & you could have put your foot through the... More

Me and my friend stayed for 1 night for a concert, the hotel is ok, cheap, needs some update and maybe a good clean, our ensuite shower was very small about 3'x4' - if that! The young girl who greeted us was quite nice, the girl at breakfast was very rude, make sure you get to breakfast early or you... More

Nice enough area, close to tube, convenient for Wembley and Paddington Stations. We arrived around 2.30pm. When we rang the bell, a young lady came to the door and just looked at us (we announced ourselves) - no great welcome. We walked in and the carpet looked sticky and dirty. We were asked to pay upfront as we were only... More

Stay here for two weeks as part of a move to Ealing. It's a homely spot located minutes from the main hustle and bustle of Ealing braodway and tucked away in a resedential area close to tube into central London. Well ran, easy going and worth a shot.

This hotel is in a very quiet location. Although the decor looked tired, the staff more than made up for it, very friendly and helpful. We will definately stay there again.
