Good, friendly guest house style hotel. Not recommended if you're elderly or disabled though as the corridors are a real rabbit's warren, up and down the stairs. The rooms are comfortable enough and there are tea and coffee making facilities. The friendly helpful staff were a bonus.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were uniformly polite and helpful and even let me put some food items in the fridge overnight. It's very convenient for Ealing, Southall and Uxbridge and easy enough to get to the tube station for trains to the airport and London. I had a double room on the top floor. I think that... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind comments about our hotel, which clearly confirm our position at the top end of the B&B league. In particular, we’re glad you noted the personal service - two people helping you with heavy luggage, and the management arranging for the storage of food. It is small gestures like these that can often make... More

I stayed for one night only with my boyfriend. When I arrived there was a strong curry smell, however I am aware there is a Nepalese restaurant near the reception so was not too fussed. Check-in was efficient and swift. The hotel definitely has a B&B feel, which isn't a bad thing. When we got to our rooms the beds... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your constructive review of Boston Manor Hotel, and for evaluating the various features in such detail. Your overall conclusion, that it served its purpose, sums up perfectly the class of hotel that we claim to be - basically functional, but with better personal service than usual at the price. And we’re glad you appreciated our... More

The staff were friendly and polite. The bedding was clean. The carpet and the chair were stained and I imagined what the stains were which was not pleasant . This kind of made me doubt the standard of cleanliness of the room. This could have been avoided if the stains had been cleaned out as this appears to be a... More

Dear Guest, I am glad that your stay with us was considered satisfactory at the price, and that you enjoyed a good night’s sleep. You agree that the bedding was clean, though you found the stained furnishings off-putting, mentioning the reactions of earlier Tripadvisor reviewers on the same point. Our investigations showed that those reports largely involved ageing accommodation, recently... More

We stayed here for a night so we could easily access Central London for an event before flying out of Heathrow the next day. It's about 30 mins by underground to town and just 6 stops and 15 mins away from Heathrow. It was our 2nd time here to stay and the staff were as friendly and as helpful as... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your appreciative comments, and it was good to welcome you back for a second stay. Location is the key to a bargain London stopover, as you noticed. Working in the area so ideally situated and had free parking. Walked in back way to reception and the smell hit me straight away. An unclean smell that reminded me of a corner shop that the environmental health shut down near me a while back. 3 asians congregated talking to owner not in English. Looked me up and down and... Dear Guest, I must immediately correct your mistaken impression that our staff were showing deliberate disrespect to yourself. I have checked with the relevant employees, and they do remember the incident. But it seems that they were actually talking among themselves about something quite different, and there was no insult intended. As you say, they were not speaking in English,... More

We stayed here this week whilst working in Ealing. Check in was efficient and professional. We were allocated a room on the first floor next to an external door so I asked to move and was quickly accommodated with little fuss.
