I have stayed here about 10 times now. Each visit has been only 1 or 2 nights. Expensive but that's what you expect in London. Perfect home-from-home apartment Only pain is booking as its not online. That would be great plus a rewards scheme.
I stayed here from April-July. one nedroom apt, #32. The apartment was clean, comfortable, informative and spacious with best functioning bathrooms . I loved the location, few min walk from tube station.
The best part is the given service, highly impressive.
I am a foodie and love to cook varienties of food daily.

We stayed here June 28-July 2 2011 for a vacation stay - 4 adults. We had a two-bedroom apt, #35. It was cheaper than booking a hotel and we had a whole apartment! The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. By North American standards I would not describe it as spacious, but by downtown London standards it probably is....
