I stayed here for around 10 months while working as a contractor for a company based in Soho. I found the place clean, comfortable and incredibly well-located, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The number of other freelancers / contractors staying during the week is testament to the quality, location and value for money of the place, and I... More

The 1 bedroom apartments are not at the advertised building on Charlotte Street but over road approximately 100yds away which was hardly an inconvenience which other travellers have commented on. A friendly helpful lady meet me and showed me around and explained all of the facilities. The room itself was small and basic but more than adequate. Everything was clean... More

Great value stay. Rooms are basic and could do with a lick of paint but adiquate and clean, spot on if in London on business. Its a bit like a halls of residence. Lovely roof terrace and nice shared lounge. Ooh no lift so if thats a problem its not your place.certainly stay again.

The place was not at the address 68 Charlotte Street. There was a buzzer, and a hotel staff collected you to an another address, where the room was. The corridor smelled bad. There were two shared toilets plus showers, and one of them stinked, so not usable. The breakfast was do-it-your-self serviced in the kitchen on the top floor.

Easily the worst room I have ever booked. I could comfortably touch all four walls from the centre of the room. Toilet and shower was shared with strangers. Described as an ApartHotel, but was neither an apartment nor a hotel. I couldn't face staying and was forced to book elsewhere on the night.

Not a proper hotel. There is no lobby, just a sign on a door down the street from where the "hotel" acctually sits. Since I arrived at night the store next door was closed so as instructed on the sign, I rang a doorbell and had to wait for someone to come find me and take me to the place.... More

I stayed for a number of weeks while working as a contractor for a company based in Soho. The place is similar to student halls of residence with three or four bedrooms to a shared kitchen and a couple of bathrooms on each floor, and a larger kitchen and common sitting room upstairs where you can eat and work in...
