The place was not at the address 68 Charlotte Street. There was a buzzer, and a hotel staff collected you to an another address, where the room was. The corridor smelled bad. There were two shared toilets plus showers, and one of them stinked, so not usable. The breakfast was do-it-your-self serviced in the kitchen on the top floor.

Easily the worst room I have ever booked. I could comfortably touch all four walls from the centre of the room. Toilet and shower was shared with strangers. Described as an ApartHotel, but was neither an apartment nor a hotel. I couldn't face staying and was forced to book elsewhere on the night.

Not a proper hotel. There is no lobby, just a sign on a door down the street from where the "hotel" acctually sits. Since I arrived at night the store next door was closed so as instructed on the sign, I rang a doorbell and had to wait for someone to come find me and take me to the place.... More

I stayed for a number of weeks while working as a contractor for a company based in Soho. The place is similar to student halls of residence with three or four bedrooms to a shared kitchen and a couple of bathrooms on each floor, and a larger kitchen and common sitting room upstairs where you can eat and work in... This is a very basic hotel in the heart of the Soho district of London. You have to share a bathroom, but I did not find this to be a problem. The location is great for visiting the Soho jazz clubs. The downside is that there is no lift and the walls are very thin. If you have a noisy... More

When I arrived, I couldn't find the reception because the apartment is not exactly Charlotte Street~!! Meanwhile, a stranger claimed he is the staff of apartment and asked me to follow him to the apartment. He didn't wear a uniform... so it is hard to believe a stranger is the staff!!! He brought me to another street where the apartment... More

Pro's: - The location is brilliant! - The kitchen is always accessible (breakfast is basic but you get fresh fruits etc) - They give you a friendly welcome - The bathrooms are clean and I didn't have to wait to use it. - Wifi is reliable. Con's: - You will hear every-single-sound your neighbor makes. Which also means they will... More

I stayed in the hotel for one night and really liked it. Good value for money, clean and fresh. Breakfast room with view and excellent staff; Harry, who took good care of the guests! I can highly recommend this for business travellers not wanting to spend a lot of money on the hotel but anyway get good quality.
