We were transferred here after booking at Knightsbridge apartments via bookings.com, where our apartment wouldn't be ready in time.... Based on other reviews this seems to be a their standard strategy for obtaining customers. I arrived, the 'manager' was friendly and we were presented with a clean large room!... And loads of free sweets. (Perhaps sweetening me up for what... More

Positive impression. After reviews, which I read, expected really much worse. But had to be in Knightsbridge area for particular budget. Super good location. Room was very nice, really good size as twin, clean. Fast check in. Card machine was working perfectly. Chocolates and soft drinks on house. The price matches quality. Highly recommended.

We were scammed into arriving at this hotel after booking ‘the Bond House’ apartment on booking.com into this hotel by the same owner, after further dealings with them, we found the apartment we booked was never available and just a booking SCAM by the owners to get guests to the Knightsbridge Green Hotel which gets horrid reviews. We received the... More

This hotel can only be described as a disaster. The room did not sleep the number requested on booking. When finally settling for the room we had the air-con leaking. In the night we called room service only to find that they could offer us nothing, not even a soft drink. I would not recommend this as a place to... More

This hotel and its association with "London Victoria Estates" is such that after trying to be enticed to stay here, I have had cause to contact Westminster Trading Standards and the Metropolitan Police. The hotel is staffed by an array of people, some of whom are linked with London Victoria Estates off Edgware Road. They have a relatively simple scam... More

We only stayed in London for the night as the Eurostar was cancelled otherwise we would have missed the 'joys' of this establishment. Upon arrival we were greeted by a dusty building site in the foyer but a well staffed reception desk, so we thought. The check-in process was slow, laborious and not really helped by the fact that the... More

Helpful staff but beyond that a bit of a dump. Felt like a hotel that had had a string of couldn't-care-less owners. My room was a decent size and had a comfy bed, but bedside lights didn't work (one hanging off) and a bath mat had been laid over holes in floor lino. Would have been acceptable at £40 a... More

After visiting this place I quite honestly don’t know what to say. I’m lost for words, but this place is going to get a review no matter what happens. This place is the worst place I have ever visited and will ever visit in my entire life. Seriously, apart from the offer of a free bottle of water and some... More

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
