Pleasantly Surprised at the quality of the room, we had a triple room, which consisted of a good sized double bed and a good sized single bed. The shower room was also very modern. The receptionist was very helpful. Great location for Hyde Park. I would highly recommend this hotel as Value for Money,

This is an average hotel. The room I had was in the lower basement with a blocked out window. The room itself was allright but since it was in the lower basement it was quite claustrophobic. Breakfast was below average. The staff at the reception when I checked in was not helpful. I arrived with taxi and the driver couldn’t... More

We stayed in a triple room which was a bit tight for three adults.... It was clean and newly remodelled. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, but the small room was claustrophobic for me. Really close to Paddington Station and another under ground station. The neighbourhood had quite a few good restaurants.

We stayed for 5 nights here and it was convenient to two underground stations and you could get to the West End to see shows pretty quickly. Tatiana at the front desk was very helpful for getting us to the tour bus to see the Making of Harry Potter in Leavesden. We had two credit cards that we misplaced and... More

Considering the price we paid, the room was very small. Our room was in a separate building so had to carry our 4 bags up and down several steep steps. It was exhausting. Breakfast was included but very basic and limited. Not a good experience. I would not recommend.

The hotel is just two minutes away from Paddington train station. The room was very big and it had one queen bed and one single bed though I was there by myself. It had a small balcony and was clean. Just one tip, the stairs of the hotel are too small. I had a problem carrying my suitcase upstairs and... More

Extenuating circumstances drove me to this hotel FOR ONE NIGHT and this was one of the worst nights I have ever spent in a London hotel. First up : the hotel has no lift so if you have cases, carrying these up steep flights of stairs is no fun. Once in the room : I was dismayed by a double... More

The hotel has gone through some refurbishment and my room was very clean, the bed was excellent and the bathroom modern and clean, the shower as a little small but not too bad. The location is a couple of minutes walk from Paddington Tube station and the lady on reception was fantastic, warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is... More

This hotel is smack in the middle - really close to Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. The staff are brilliant, lovely and more than happy to help - we had issues with our credit card but they tried everything to make it work. We had a 3-bed-room which was HUGE and super-clean, with a new bathroom and huge windows. Even... More
