I stayed here with a large-ish group--7 rooms total--from 5/16-5/20. The rooms were small, as every room I've ever had in London has been, but clean and well-appointed. The bathrooms were great and the kitchens handy. We were a short stroll from the Tube, and there are a ton of shops and restaurants within close walking distance. I'd stay there...

We had a lovely 4 night stay at base 2 stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was very modern and clean and the bed comfy. Lots of restaurants around the corner and a few good pubs. The tube is also very close. Would definately stay again if I ever get the chance to visit London...

We arrived from Australia and were greeted by Russell on the steps. He helped us with our luggage which was appreciated. Checking in was a disappointing experience for us. We tried to pay with a visa cash passport card, but Base to Stay don't accept it. They explained why they don't take it, and we understood, but it meant we...

This was our first trip to London and enjoyed the convience of the location of the hotel. iIn was very quiet and close to many restaurants and pubs in the Earls Court area. A quick 5 minute walk to the tube station gave easy access to all attractions in London.
=Accommodation: Let's say that efficiently used space in a room with a bathroom and a most sufficient in-cupboard kitchenette, all with impeccable modern decor of simplicity and upkeep. Electricity and multimedia TV switched on at the entrance by the keycard. WiFi works well, although the login credentals have to be expressly requested instead of being provided within the welcoming letter....

We were in London for 5 days in May and stayed at Base2Stay. The location has easy access from Heathrow and is conveniently located between 2 subway stops. The room was well organized, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable - our room was at the back of the hotel and was amazingly quiet. The staff was very accommodating....

We booked this hotel based on tripadvisor recommendations, and it was a good choice. Location was great - short walk to Earl's Court tube station. Our rooms (4 total) were all clean, modern, and quiet. Although the rooms were a little small, overall everyone liked the hotel.
We stayed one night on route home from Italy. Hotel was clean, convenient, sparse, lots of beige. Went to the Pembroke pub for dinner which was excellent.
We'd reserved three rooms but needed two due to my mother-in-law breaking her arm and flying home later. I called 36 hours beforehand but apparently that wasn't enough. They could not "authorize" dropping...

Thank you so much for leaving a review on trip advisor. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, and that you had an excellent dinner at the Pembroke, one of the many restaurants that offer our guests exclusive discounts.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I was just as thrilled this visit as I was on the first back in 2007. On this visit my sister was with me and we stayed on the ground floor with bunk beds. The beds were extremely comfortable (we drew straws, I got the top bunk), It was a clean,...
