We stayed here for 1 night on the 12th May. From the moment we arrived we were disappointed. The staff were not very pleasant and advised us no rooms were ready until 2pm even though we arrived at approx 1.15pm so we weren't far off check in time,I find it hard to believe no rooms were available! We left our... More

Good hotel very close to King's Cross/St. Pancras. Quiet location for a convenient position in a large city The included continental breakfast was just right for us. Although I believe the buildings in the terrace are listed there is not much evidence of this inside.

I am all for the idea of sustainability and environment protection and bla bla bla....but not having a hot water in a hotel - is something I cannot accept, sorry guys! Another thing is that you can have an access to the Internet in the hotel for only 4 hours a day, and every time you are planning to go... More

I had an early train from Kings Cross the following morning so this hotel was ideally placed to avoid having to travel too far. The room was relatively well priced given the location and was as you might expect for a central London hotel. They have crammed a large number of rooms into the building, which leaves the rooms quite... More

We wanted an overnight stay in a London hotel before getting an early train to Paris. The Comfort Inn is just around the corner from St Pancras, so was perfect, from a location point of view. The room were were given was terrible. We had to go down to the basement in a lift which opened out onto the breakfast... More

how comfort inn can expect guests to stay without hot water is beyond me, 2 nights we staid and no hot water for the entire stay, we believe that the hotel knew that there was no hot water when they booked us in which is completely unacceptable, particularly as my wife is pregnant (with twins) and washing her hair over... Our room was nice, clean and modern . Nice bathroom. We were in room 509 which was along the street a little , so we had to wear our jackets to go for breakfast! No early check in but we were able to leave our bags. We were allowed to use the bathroom which was tiny, you'd struggle to swing... More

Typical tiny London hotel room, but ok equipped and clean. No smiles on offer in the reception either on the day or night shift, and no free wi-fi of course. Decent location 1 min walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras.

Friendly staff, room small but very clean and well equipped. The only downside was the size of the breakfast room, the space is cramped and only has a few tables so it fills up rather quickly. The continental breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel for a your... More

This hotel was ok for my short weekend in London. The location is fantastic, just one minute from Kings Cross St Pancras. My room was teeny tiny, but that didn't matter - you're not traveling to London to stay in your hotel room all the time! The room had all the things you need and I also liked the large... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
