I wanted a hotel near St. Pancras so I could quickly drop off my bag upon arrival on the Eurostar, and not have to get up super early to catch the first Eurostar back to the continent. For those purposes, it's perfect. Saint Chad Street is 5 minutes from the station but isn't a big busy street. Otherwise, the hotel... More

Myself and eleven others stayed here in six twin rooms on February 3. We were all pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. Fairly small but modern, clean and everything we wanted. Breakfast was self service continental down in the basement with a good choice. All in all could not fault it. Ideally situated near Kings Croas

It is good, located near St. Pancras station and King's Cross station, with a fair price. It was nice, I stayed for one night, and they even helped me to receive the delivery of booking confirmation for the next two nights of other hotel, which is nice. It is much smaller inside. But generally good!

Stayed here with friends for one night after seeing a west end show. Location is great, quite near Kings Cross and St Pancreas but this is all it has going for it. Upon arrival we were informed about the £20 credit card deposit which we were not told about upon booking. Will wait to see how long it takes to... More

I stayed here in December on business and it was really good, I can't comment on breakfast but it's in an excellent location rightly Kings cross. It's on a quiet street has excellent security and the room was great. It was one of the comfiest beds I have stayed in in a while! Great pillows, warm but not stuffy and... More

Booked this hotel through LateRooms.com for £68 which is pretty good for central London area. Based in Chad street a street behind Kings X station. Before arrival in asked for a low floor and was given room 116 next to reception. The room is spacious and very clean with a good bathroom and shower, room has TV amd tea/coffee making... More

I stayed in a single room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to Kings Cross Station That's pretty much the good points really. The bathroom was so small I never had to get off the toilet to wash my hands in the wash basin as it was that close. Shower cubicle was also very small. Reception... More

We stopped in this hotel for one night on a whistlestop tour of London. It was a reasonable quality budget hotel. Our room was clean and warm with a good bathroom. Our daughter in a room just down the corridor from us couldn't get her shower to work, when we reported it at reception the next morning we were told... More

My first room was really nice with the exception of the fact it faced the street and was up all night due to street sounds and then in the morning the staff were outside my window smoking and talking. The staff were unhelpful and seemed genuinely bored. They didn't bother to tell me how to use the heat or the... More

We had to spend a night here as we had an early morning train to Paris to catch; as we had left it too late to get anywhere else we found a room here which, on reflection, was a mistake. On arrival we pushed the bell and waited five seconds, as the sign asked us to do. We waited and... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
