We were moved to the hotel from another one, the staff were very helpful and when asked to change rooms they were very accommodating, the manager was lovely and couldn't do enough for us.

Excellent service. Polite staff and best place to go around. We could walk to harrods, Kensington high street and Oxford street in 15 mins. Had an amaZing experience. Would definitely come back again.

We were transferred from another hotel here, so we had no idea on what we would find. We were not very happy about what happened but it's the other hotel's fault. Once we got there, we were treated very nicely, staff was always kind, rooms are clean, internet speed is decent, breakfast is pretty good and we have no complains... More

I was a little lost in getting to the hotel and called the hotel for directions as I was sure I was close by. Someone answered the phone 'err hello?'....So I had to double check I'd called the right place! Rude in-experienced staff were not helpful at all. They would be more suited to a supermarket where they dont have... More

Stayed for a couple of days, not really great with the room sizes but the location is central and suited me perfectly. Room Service has been amzing, really like the way they treat their customers. I needed a cab urgently and the manager helped me intentaniuosly and got me a cab. Thanks a Lot !!

Good oveall bargain, enjoyed my stay. Staff was polite and helpfull. Saved a lot of time as it is at the centre of almost everything you want to see in the city. Rooms were small, but the staff was reallyhelpful. Thanks to all of you who made my stay a wonderful experience.

This is a terrible 'hotel'. Rude, ignorant staff (only one of the reception staff was polite), tiny, tiny room, blood on the toilet! Chipped mirror, scuffed, chipped skirting boards. TV didn't work - you had to keep jiggling the wires! A real rip-off. I got out of that place as soon as I could - spent time I should have... More

After looking on various late booking websites, came across this hotel and managed to book a room at a bargain price via their own website. We have stayed at other chain 4 star hotels before andbooked last minute bargain rooms, but this was by far the best. We had astandard room which was comfortable and spacious enough for a short... Dirty bathroom, tiny room, rude and unwelcoming staff......will not be returning. I suppose you get what you pay for, at £119 a night I should have known better. I certainly would'nt want to pay the full rack rate! The website advertised a restaurant, but when I arrived and enquired about dinner, they said it was only for breakfast......not really a... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
