“Disappointed: Sleep quality and too far from London”

Aside from the friendly and helpful staff, we wouldn't recommend this hotel. The mattress of our double bed was awful, you could feel the springs, and it was over-soft. “Perfect overnight hotel”

Stayed at this hotel to go to a concert at the O2 perfect for what we wanted very close to tube clean and tidy good choice of breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend.Very good value for money and staff very friendly and helpful.
