The best part of this hotel is its location. Its in Earls Court where there is pratically everything right from restaurants to pubs to grocery stores to chemists. You need anything its a walk away from this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly out here. Stayed with my family for a week here and it was absolutely blissful. Friendly staff,... More

Booked online using a travel site (can't remember which it was) & was only looking for a reasonably priced hotel to stay for the night during eurogamer expo at Earls Court. We booked a twin room, but when we arrived we were informed they were out of twin rooms which instantly made us think the worst and then the friendly... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location - very close to Earl's court station. Unfortunately the hotel facilities are poor. Our room was a single with a double bed squeezed in there, and had barely any room to store our bags. The toilet didn't flush properly. The decor was old and very worn. Cheap but still not good... This was a last minute booking as our travel plans had changed. Great location and really close to Earl's Court station. The first room was very tiny and old and we ended up changing the next day due to the smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. The second room was more spacious and also had a bath. The... Avoid if you can..arrived late and put in room 109 in the very dirty smelly annexe building..complained within minutes and asked for pillows , for a man that has worked there for 35 years, so he says he took a very long time getting them..The smell in both the bedroom (which I thought I had stepped back in time) and... Arrived at bedsit 30 minutes ago and walked straight out as it was that bad. There's damp, complete and utter dive. No en suite, only 1 shared bathroom for 5 rooms per floor. Hoover left out to do yourself and spare sheets to change yourself. Manky sink in the corner, mixed matched paintwork from the 60s, can't open the door... More

Our travel plans changed and we had to find a room in a rush. We found this place. Some things were fine. The staff were pleasant enough, the bed was comfortable and the location was ideal. The plumbing, however, was not. Upon opening the door to the room, we were overcome by the smell. The smell came from the sink... More

Staying here spoilt my trip to London. Horrible hotel - shabby, basement room, bathroom needed updating in the 70's!! Noisy and really unpleasant. The only plus is that the location is good and secondly, the room is actually not a bad size. However, its such a horrible place that I would prefer a small room somewhere nice than a big... More

We found the hotel to be very shabby and run down, with threadbare carpets and tired decor. The room was clean but the ensuite bath was not. All the rooms have very heavy doors with huge springs, so we were disturbed by doors slamming all night. There were no tea making facilities in the room, no full length mirror and... More

The only good thing about this hotel was location. Round corner from Earls Court station and handy for traveling around the city by tube. The triple room I booked had a double and a single bed and not the 3 beds as agreed when booking. Resulting in my daughter and I sharing a bed, which didnt go down well as... More
