Great stay, hotel was modern, very nice decor, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for everything including theatres, Covent Garden, shopping, Leicester Square. The hotel was very clean and our minibar and tea and coffee facilities were replenished every day.

The hotel is 'thematic' the first room was big, facing Tottenham ct rd. It had triple glazing so not too noisy. However the 3 windows had wooden slat blinds. Let the light in with the traffic going along the road made it worse. Also made the room not very homely. I request a different room, the staff were very good... More

I was very disappointed with this hotel. On the website it looked very attractive and was looking forward to staying there for a night while I was on a training course. I was particularly looking forward to a good night's sleep and had asked for a quiet room. On arrival, check in was very informal and speedy and the staff... More

We stayed for 6 nights mid November. On day 1 and day 4 there was no hot water. I understand problems can happen but when we faced a second morning of cold showers there was no attempt by management to placate us, not even a complimentary hot coffee was offered to warm us up! The toilet is very strange- the... More

This hotel is has a very good location. It is near to Oxford street, British museum, Covent garden and other attractions. The rooms are nice with a good bed and a nice but small bath. The staff is very friendly and helpfully. The hotel has a restaurant which server food all day and evening. It is a bit expensive so... More

we booked the hotel due to a great promotion we found on a booking site. Our room was rather small, but still had a nice bathroom. Overall the hotel is very clean and has a great and friendly staff. We also had breakfast included in our booking, which was really good and enough. The best part about the hotel is... More

Small rooms difficult for 2 people to get ready together without constantly falling over each other. Paid £17pp for breakfast to get muslea yoghurt, croissant, and bread/cheese/ham. This was not explained it was just plonked in front of us. No options whatsoever. We did overhear the waitresd tell another couple cooked breakfast didn't commence till 10am. This was no way... More

We stayed over a weekend this summer for our son's wedding at the Bloomsbury Ballroom (itself a great venue) and they could not do enough to make our stay trouble free. The staff were great, parking was free over the Bank holiday weekend and no problem at all. At breakfast the day after the wedding the accommodated about 20 of... More

We booked My Hotel as a treat for my husband's birthday. We were able to check in early and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very good value for money. This is a great hotel, which is in a brilliant location. Also had a wonderful café downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a Standard room for 2. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. None of the photographs of the rooms show this or state the room measurements. There were about 12 inches between the end of the bed and the desk. Their was a fridge by the bed instead of a table and the other side... More
