We stayed in this hotel 26th June 2015. I had Monochrom Marilyn room which was all black and silver and a tribute to Marilyn Monroe. My sons was The quiet room which was a gentleman's reading room theme. I would have loved to see the rest of the rooms. Sheets and towels all very clean and free breakfast was also... More

My husband and I stayed here in October and although decent price with ok breakfast (reason why we settled with this place) the bed was very old, gross, stained, uncomfortable. The room just felt dirty and no air condition. We are not picky people but you do expect a room to feel clean. Worth it to pay a bit more elsewhere.

stayed here for one night after an exhausting journey. the staff were great and the facilities excellent. I could not fault it in any way. highly recommended. I didn't get to see much as I stayed for one night and most was spent catching up on sleep .

I have been lucky enough to not only stay at this hotel and the sister hotel next door but also to work with them in installing new fire alarm systems and having stayed and worked in a lot of hotels in London I cannot fault the team or owners of the hotels, their dedication to providing the guests with a... The Pavilion is quirky, and idiosyncratic with it's decor and room names - for instance we stayed in the room - White Days, Soul Nights and the reception area is like something from Our Mutual Friend and very cosy. The Pavilion is undoubtedly unique , and I feel I'm being somewhat churlish with my criticisms and only rating it average,... More

I am a regular business traveller and stay at hotels all over the world. This was a last minute booking late at night due to an unexpected stay over. It's a poor offering even for a budget hotel. Poorly furnished and poorly themed rooms and breakfast left on a tray outside your door which has been prepared from cheap low... More

A hotel with personality, beautifully decorated from the moment you enter. Each room is decorated differently, so if you prefer just plain white hotel rooms maybe this is not the hotel for you. Small rooms indeed, but cute and romantic - seeing we were on a city trip we had no need for a larger room. Clean room, except for... More

Nothing was good. Dirty, SHOWER DID NOT WORK!!!, No Wi FI, they refused to change the room....You have plenty choices in London and for 140€ having a room with a shower that does not work is not acceptable

My daughter and I just returned home from a lovely week long stay at The Pavilion. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and made to feel so welcomed. Shawn, who goes above and beyond to help the guests, kindly assisted us in carrying our luggages with a smile on his face and with no hesitation. Throughout our stay, he always... More
