Nothing was good. Dirty, SHOWER DID NOT WORK!!!, No Wi FI, they refused to change the room....You have plenty choices in London and for 140€ having a room with a shower that does not work is not acceptable

My daughter and I just returned home from a lovely week long stay at The Pavilion. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and made to feel so welcomed. Shawn, who goes above and beyond to help the guests, kindly assisted us in carrying our luggages with a smile on his face and with no hesitation. Throughout our stay, he always... More

This hotel is an amazing mix of eccentricity and style. The Honky Tonk Afro twin room was great fun and the beds very comfortable. The service was very good and the breakfast, although basic, was served in the room . This is a great location for shopping as very close to Oxford Street. Fabulous Lebanese restaurants are just a stroll... More

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect, however, we stayed in a different room this time, which was really clean and comfortable. The fixtures and fittings are dated but some are genuine antique so that is to be expected. We stayed in "White Days, Soul Nights". It is really beautiful and has a large sink in the... More

I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before!! The room was the most depressing, dark dingy hovel ever, with disgusting décor (no, this is not personal taste, this was plain nasty!) The throw and scatter cushions where so dusty and full of hair that we abandoned them asap from the bed. The bathroom was a 'all in one'... More

This place sucked. And the biggest issue I had? The description was NOTHING like how bad the place actually was. First of all the rooms, are a decent size, but they are CRAMMED with loose objects and knick knacks. My light didn't work. My "private toilet" that was in the room's description was not even in my room. I needed... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2015

I was only staying in London for one night by myself, all I needed was something in Central, close to the tube for a decent price, and for £58 a night the Pavilion seemed like the perfect fit. I was a little worried about staying after reading some of the reviews on here, but I am happy to report that... More

How did I not know about this hotel?? What a find! It's as individual as Soho House, Charlotte street hotel etc but a fraction of the price. Tiny rooms but very clean and superbly thought out. Will come again and again now I live outside London but love coming back. Took me 15 minutes to walk to Marylebone High Street... More
