We have looked at this hotel on several times before as it well placed in London. All the rooms are looking vert tired. We stayed in the enter the dragon room. Very very small. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. To get into the shower you had to squeeze through a 12 inch gap to get into... More

Stayed at the Pavillion in Sussex Gardens beginning of December 2014. Well placed to walk to Oxford St. We stayed in the Casablanca room. Very opulent furnishings. Lovely comfy bed. Clean. En suite small but functional. Room cold as heating not on until 7pm. Lovely continental breakfast. Would definitely return.

London is a lazy city when it comes to Hotels. Not only are they expensive for what you get, but any that are not one of the major chains are usually substandard in one way or another. The very wacky Pavilion hotel is just one such hotel. We chose it for its central location, parking option, and family room. The... More

This is a unique hotel with what I can only describe as a bordello feel about it! My room was "Diamonds Are Forever" and had a tailors dummy complete with jewellery in the corner along with much velvet etc. This is certainly no chain hotel. Negatives are ones that should be sorted by the hotel really, the en suite is... More

We stayed in the Moroccon room which i loved, the whole place is very pretty. only thing i didnt like was the mattress and bedding but i could live with that, my husband was too hot cos he couldnt control the settings but i like to be warm so i was fine. my daughter was accommodated for at short notice... I'm a big fella and the room was a bit small so I had trouble moving around. The bathroom was also tiny, but that's understandable given the size of the room. The themes are fun, my room was called 'Up, Up and Away' and was quite nice to behold, once you got over the size! All in all, a good... More

Plus points: - The hotel is conveniently located near Edgware Road underground station. - Free wi-fi available 24/24, reasonably well service. Negative points: - Rude personnel (I'm a solo female traveler, but was treated as a "lower" category) - I booked an en-suite bathroom, but in reality it was detached (another space divided by a staircase) and without heating, so... We enjoyed our stay in this quirky little hotel . We stayed in the ' diamonds are forever' room which was delightful , although it did remind me more of a Victorian boudoir ... Dark wood , red drapes and so on . The bed was a little creaky ... And the bathroom was tiny . It was very atmospheric... More

I was shunted from this hotel to a sister hotel (Four Stars Hotel) two doors down (and even worse!). The manager (of both hotels) was the rudest person I've ever met in the service industry and treated me (a female travelling on my own) very differently from the man (father of a large family) he served before me. He refused... More

Let me first say that I've traveled around the world to many different countries. I'm not histrionic. I'm not a xenophobe or germophobe. This place is my number one worst experience! Overpriced dump! Don't believe the hype about photo shoots and models here. They are even tacky enough to have some 1980's exotic cars out front under covers. What a... More
