We got married at the Covent Garden Hotel in May. We had the most amazing time, it actually surpassed my expectations. We had an events co-ordinator allocated to us in the lead up to the wedding and this was great and then the week before we were handed over to the hotel. The staff at the hotel are fabulous and... Great location for central meetings. Decor is cool and staff are attentive on the whole. Bookings are best in busy periods but usually ok to swing by on quieter occasions. Staff happy to go off menu when requested and helpful. Part of the Firmdale group so very similar to the Hamyard, Haymarket etc but good rooms for hire and great... More

I've stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world but not one of them has surpassed the Covent Garden Hotel. Located in the center of London, from the Covent Garden you can walk to Trafalgar Square and its museums, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, the V&A, the Tate Modern, and St. Paul's and you're only a quick taxi ride from most... I love the Firmdale grp of hotels as they make you feel special and the Covent Garden Hotel lives up to that high standard. Went for pre show dinner and the food plus service was 5*. Not only do they offer a vegan menu (👍) but my husband thought my lentil dahl was lovely. Clean crisp flavours that burst in... More

We had a lovely afternoon tea here. My husband opted for the Gentleman's tea and I had the Covent Garden tea. Both were delicious, the Gentleman's choice is more filling focusing more on savoury elements...steak sandwich, mini Scotch eggs, fish goujons and chips etc.. My choice had such fresh delicious savouries followed by stunning little sweet treats! The staff were... More

This was our 5th stay here- its our favourite hotel in central London because of it's interesting room decor, good food, thoughtful service, and location. It is expensive, but you get boutique facilities and individual service. The rooms are large and light. The location is great for opera and theatres and, so I'm told, for small independent clothes shops. I only... More

I have to agree with all the positives previous reviewers have written. The food is good, the bedrooms well designed, and the service professional. We booked a junior suite, dinner and cinema ( Woman in Gold, just in case you are interested ). In total the one nights stay came to approximately £800. The problems started when I couldn't get... Stayed only one night with the family in a junior suite following a trip to the theatre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay special - and spent about an hour helping to locate one of the children's favourite toys that went missing! The location is perfect - easy walking to all... More

My first visit to the Covent Garden hotel was for afternoon tea for my sister's hen party. What a fabulous experience for all. The staff were amazingly attentive and couldn't do enough to make sure that our every need was met. The young French waiter especially was genuinely warm and friendly. The food was delicious as were the cocktails. At... More

Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
