I spent a lovely four nights in an eccentrically decorated ( in a fun way) but extremely spacious and comfortable junior suite. Despite being on the ground floor, my room was silent as can be. The staff were uniformly sweet and helpful - genuinely friendly and enthusiastic seeming. And the location - in the midst of boutiques, bars, food shops,... More

My husband, my three boys and I just stayed a night at this fantastic hotel. The staff was perfect, the location was unbeatable, walking distance to the theater district, museums the rooms were perfect for my family. Next time in London, I will definitely stay there again.

Following a friends recommendation I decided to book here for my husbands 50th birthday surprise visit to London and I have to say, the staff, the establishment and the whole experience made his birthday super special. From the moment we stepped into the foyer, we we made to feel extremely special and very welcome. The staff are a credit to... More

Super hotel, fantastic room and staff, but a few too many oiks in suits around the bar area for my liking. I quite fancied a bowl of cereal for breakfast, however £24 is a bit rich. Afternoon tea is vastly overpriced for average pastries. Late evening bar snack was inedible (samosas). A great stay let down by so-so food at... More

After having been to a great musical (Shrek) we stopped by the Covent Garden Hotel for a quick bite to eat. This was a great choice as it's a really nice and cosy place with very friendly staff. Much better than mainstream cafes nearby.

For my mother's 65th and my 30th we wanted to find somewhere special for afternoon tea. After hours trawling the internet we decided to try the Covent Garden Hotel because the photos looked cosy and classy and there was a good range of cakes on offer! We arrived for our afternoon tea and were stunned by the surroundings. The waiting... More

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, both for business and for pleasure. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and make the stay a real pleasure. All of the rooms are excellent, beds very comfy and bathrooms to the highest standards. The windows are all secondary glazed (unlike the Savoy) so the rooms are quiet and a... More

I booked this hotel as part of a business trip and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel has amazing character with such quaint decor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and the service is second to none. It may be my new favourite hotel in London.

Covent Garden is one of those places that pretty much does everything right. The staff are brilliant - utterly professional but friendly too, and we are always welcomed back like we're coming home. The rooms are stunning, with fabulous design and wonderful bathrooms. The beds are huge and ludicrously comfortable - just the softest sheets and fluffiest duvets! The restaurant... More

We make a trip to London once a year, and would not think of staying anywhere else. The welcome is always exceptional - from arrival, to event organisation, to breakfast and all the way to departure - in fact after departure when I came to meet friends my shopping bags were collected by Kathryn in the restaurant, and looked after...
