Just got back home from a 5 night stay at The Covent Garden Hotel in London, can't thank the staff enough for their attention, love this hotel so much we stay there about 4/5 times a year and lets face it if it wasn't good you wouldn't go back, already booked to go back in June, August and Christmas.

On booking a stay as a treat for my mum, I had read reviews which had been extremely complimentary about stays at the Covent Garden Hotel....however, it is not possible to do it justice. Excellent service, a warm welcome, efficiency and diligence. The reception staff, the concierge, the excellent beauty therapist, the utterly divine afternoon tea, the breakfast, the room,... More

This place had it ALL and then some! First of all I love the location. Covent Garden is so charming and centrally located so that you can walk to most things. As for the hotel they exceed my expectations and they were high. Our room was a Jr Suite and was incredibly spacious. I was a bit nervous about street... More

Having used CGH as my hotel of choice for the last 4 years I am delighted to be able to say that the standards have been maintained and despite some staff churn there is still a welcoming atmosphere, professional service and peerless accommodation. The price is daunting but it is worth it if you want a central location from which... More

The Hotel is beautifully designed it has the feel of a old Country House Interior but with a modern twist. My room was beautifully furnished the curtains and soft furnishings really luxurious as was the big comfy bed. This... More

We are big fans of Firmdale Hotels, having stayed all around London at their properties, including the sleek new Ham Yard, but our recent experience at the Covent Garden shows that this older version of their hostelries needs serious management attention. We booked our room for the night before our arrival from the U.S. so we immediately could go to... More

Recently stayed for four nights for business. I've stayed at many different London hotels, and this is now my favorite. The service from the staff was excellent. Loved the restaurant. Avocado on toast for breakfast. Sweet potato curry for dinner. Both highly recommended. Great drinks too. Cozy lounge with honor bar. Room was fairly large by London standards with a... More

Booked a birthday treat of afternoon tea at the Brasserie Max at Covent Garden Hotel and was not disappointed! It was wonderful. Staff were brilliant and attentive and the food was excellent - they even brought me out a mini birthday cake 😊 Felt very special and will definitely be returning in the future. Tracy

Like its sister hotels Charlotte St or Dorset Square, the boutique hotel that Covent Garden is promises a quintessential British experience. Inconspicuous though in the heart of the theatre district, I was regaled with a unique room, princess-and-pea-standard bed, original furniture and interior design and a welcome with British attitude to boot. The adjacent restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and... More

I've stayed at several British hotels, but this one was the perfect mix of traditional yet whimsical deign and luxurious comfort. The quiet upstairs drawing rooms and honor bar were terrific for reading or quiet conversation after a long day. Staff was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We were delightfully surprised by an upgrade to a junior suite which... More
