Lovely setting with great service and also great value for money. We had one "traditional" and one "gentleman's" and I can't fault either. Definitely worth adding a glass or two of Champagne. In my opinion better than the stuffy Ritz or Savoy.

My daughter and I had a meal here followed by a viewing of the film 'It's a Wonderful Life'. We had a fabulous time. It was a package: three courses or two and a glass of wine, plus the film with popcorn - and all for £35 a person. The staff were amazing, friendly helpful and attentive. The food was... More

I had a lovely meal here where the food was excellent. Service however was appalling. The staff were friendly and meant well but service was really slow. For example our coffees came twenty minutes before our deserts arrived. My guests side dish arrived ten minutes after his main meal came. Maybe an off day for the kitchen but when your... More

I stayed here with my daughter as a pre Christmas treat and met old friends for lunch. Absolutely first class from start to finish. My original room was plagued by loud noise from a neighbouring building site. The staff on reception did everything they could to stop them, but when they started banging and crashing early the next day they... More

The Covent Garden Hotel is the poster child of a small luxury hotel. First, its location is unbeatable: in the heart of the theatre district and 10 minutes walk to the National Gallery in one direction and to the British Museum in the other, while 5 minutes from the Leicester Square Tube station and even closer to the Covent Garden... I stayed here for 5 days on business in November. Location: besides being incredibly close to my office it was in the middle of a lot of fun non-work activity. A lot of theaters and restaurants are in the area as well as the Covent Garden Market, New Oxford St... I could go on and on. Tube and bus stations... More

Eveybody of the staff make you feel welcome. The interior of the hotel is cosy and the rooms have nice furniture in matching colours and he size of the bed is good. Dinner at Max brasserie is good. there is much noise because it is fully booked so somethimes you don't hear each other. Breakfast is also very good, cereals... More

Lounge is an amazing place to share a drink with a friend. Not too quiet to feel uncomfortable laughing and talking, but pleasant enough to relax. Ultra friendly staff. Fantastic mixed drinks. Go out of your way to visit this lounge and bar.

We stayed here for a few nights and loved it! The staff are fantastic- all very friendly and give you a great welcome and orientation to the hotel and city. The room was nice and clean. The breakfasts that we had were all very good!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel. it has a warm feel to it. very different design from its brother the Soho Hotel. it is less modern in its design elements, and feels homey. great breakfast selection, and quite often an opportunity to see famous actors in the dining room. It is in the central of Covent garden, yet on a small alley,... More
