I stayed in the Keystone 18th January for 1 night From the promo photos you'd get the impressions that this is a slick, well presented, modern hostel and indeed when you get to the reception you feel that is the case. Once out of the reception though this is just another old slightly grotty Kings Cross hotel / hostel -... More

Location was the best aspect, so close to the metro made travelling around London super easy. The staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there were a few down sides: Beds were creaky and uncomfortable, room was dark & musty (no windows) & the layout of the communal areas within the building was strange and not so communal. Good... More

We staid in Keystone hostel for 4 nights. It´s was really nice place to stay, we had room for 8 person and there were any problem with with. Nice receptionists and tasty breakfast. It is situated near to King´s Cross railway station and near to subway. We used to ride a bike (Barclays Cycle Hire bike) and near to hostel... More

My fiancé and I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights in a private bed and bathroom above ground room. The room consisted of a double bed bunk. For what we needed the room was clean and a comfy bed to sleep in. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the ones they advertise though. The room was small... More

I can only say good things about this hostel - It's super homely, amazing location, comfy beds, lots of showers, roof terrace, free wi-fi throughout, 24 hr reception and REALLY, REALLY AWESOME staff. I stayed here long-term and they genuinely are the nicest and most helpful bunch of people I’ve come across. Thank you for everything Orla, Hugo, Lorena, Kalido... More

We stayed here for one night, as we needed to get the 5:40 eurostar, so was okay for its purpose. Staff were friendly, and it was clean. However, we had booked a private double room, which was tiny, but fine for the purpose of our visit. There were two major drawbacks though: there was no plug sockets in the room.... More

I stayed about a week ago and was very disappointed with the staff. Checked-in around 10pm after my flight from Athens. Walked into reception and although there were 2 guys manning the desk they both ignored me because they were watching videos on FB -_- After a few minutes one finally asks if i'm checking in and apologises. I'm easy... More

It's some of the cheapest hostel lodgings in Zone 1 and the beds are really comfortable. There is no lift and 4 floors, and the stairs are really narrow so heavy bags are a problem if you're up in one of the dorms. The pillows are good and the linen is clean and comfortable. Temperature inside is set to a... More

I stayed here with a friend in a twin en-suite room for 4 nights. The location of the place is excellent, about 5 minutes walk from King's Cross station. There are shops and takeaways close too, if you fancy any late night munchies. The room had no window, which I was aware of before going. It was on the ground... More

I only stayed here for two nights but I had two good sleeps. The beds are comfy and have privacy boards up, and each bed has its own outlets and light, which is nice. Each bed also comes with its own locker, not big enough for suitcases, but definitely big enough for all your valuables. Everything seemed clean. The only... More
