My friends and I stayed in the 4 bed private room for 2 nights. The staff were very unwelcoming and acted annoyed with any questions. The atmosphere was not very social or exciting. Other hostels I've stayed in for similar price have been much more accommodating. However, it was very close to the Underground with some good restaurants and coffee... More

Ok, it is really cheap, and for that price I half expected to share a room with rats! We got a triple room, which was really small and empty, no table or wardrobe, just lockers, even if it is supposed to be a private room. It was also quite dusty, considering that we all had an allergic reaction. The window... More

In the hostel broke the bag when leaving in custody and slept both nights were horrible. The receptionist was terrible with me and the rooms horrible without good lockers. The bathroom was horrible too, and the people who go there is very violent. The worst staff ever!!!

I stayed here with two friends in May 2015 for three nights. We were firstly promised when we booked that if we emailed before we got there, we would be given a room with an ensuite. This then changed and we were told that was not possible (by very rude staff.) It took my friend weeks to get any answer... More

Where do I begin... we paid for a private twin room with ensuite. The young hip Hugo was very impolite and seemingly uncaring for the amount of stress he was about to cause giving us the key to what could only be described as a shambles of a room. That was after we witnessed nobody help a young women with... More

Filthy place, smells like crap, and staff are rude ! Especially the front door individuals. Rooms were small, we booked a 3 bed room and they gave us a two bed room. Bathrooms are in the hallway and showers are too. The rooms smelled like old, moldy, rotten crap. At night all we heard was loud music that didn't let... More

This is a terrible hostel with apathetic, worthless staff. Our tiny room smelled like rot and the carpets had huge stains on them, we had a miserable night's sleep due to rude dormmates and the lack of any courtesy curfew, and in the morning we found black mildew growing on the walls behind a bench they'd placed probably to hide... Don't get me wrong, the staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating...the next morning. I stayed at several hostels in my jaunt across Europe and I have to say this might have been my least favorite. There are things that factor in that should be said on Keystone's behalf: 1) It's in a crazy popular area, so the security is... More

We were told at reception to wait and see if our room still had electricity. We were informed that there had been a flood in the basement where our room was. We then had to wonder though a completely dark corridor with water dripping down the walls. Our room was very damp and stuffy and as it was underground we... More
