At the outset it needs to be stressed that this is an excellent, modern hotel with staff that are attentive, courteous and efficient. All facilities are meticulous and breakfasts outstanding. There are ,however, a few niggles. As a member of Leaders club,it would be courteous to inform guests whether a room upgrade had been possible or not, to avoid the embarrassment of... More

Having not been to London for 20 years it was an absolute pleasure to stay at One Aldwych. The staff were outstanding and the location is central to everything. I won't be leaving it for another 20 years before I visit again.

This is the place to stay in London if you are looking to be near the theater district / Covent Garden. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are a bit small, but 2 can comfortably fit. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the concierge dealt with all my questions. One random thing to watch out for... More

Stayed here on in May 2015 for a theatre trip. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, they took time to engage with us and they remembered what we had said the next day. Ate in Indigo restaurant as well and that was superb (best lamb I've ever eaten). Will definitely return and have already recommended to others.

This was a good choice as we were going to see Gypsy at the Savoy Theatre(which I highly recommend) Although the hotel is at a busy junction I had a good nights sleep due to the excellent soundproofing. We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room which was very well appointed We found the staff to be excellent with... More

We stayed at the hotel In May 2015. We chose it, after much research, because of its apparent ease of accessibility. One of us has mobility problems. We were not disappointed; from the moment we drew up outside, up until our departure, the outstanding staff service made this an extremely stress-free and enjoyable visit. From the staff dealing with pre-booking... More

As I understand, One Aldwych is well-known for its' service and quality. It was good - however, the waiting times for breakfast was 30 and 25 minutes. It was not acceptable. I suggest a bugget solution.

Amazing hotel, luxury, comfort, location, best service! The maids ensured our room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful. The indoor pool was unbelievable! Very impressed by staff within the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on 17th April for one night. Had afternoon tea here; it was fantastic! Food was plentiful and they kept topping it up! Portions look small at first glance but we couldn't finish it all at all! Reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. They were very chatty which i loved! And staff around the rest of hotel were... More

From the moment we entered the hotel, when the staff recognized us and called us by name, through the many times the concierge helped us with restaurant reservations and directions, to putting our bags in a taxi at the end of our stay, we completely enjoyed ourselves.
