A pleasure to stay here. Super location, extremley efficient and friendly staff. Atmosphere with lots of vitality, very clean & comfortable. Its now my choice of hotel in London and I visit three or four times a month! Reception team are the best I have seen! and did not mean it to rhyme!!!! more

Fantastically placed for the West End without being right in it. We stayed at the Raddison to watch a show and take in a meal at Covent garden. Well located, two blocks from British Museum. Walking distance from Tottenham Court Tube station. Close to many West End theatres. Clean, boutiquey feel. I stayed at the hotel for my son's 13th birthday treat and have to say I was impressed ! Check in was a smooth process and the reception staff were paticularly helpful - even noting that it was my son's birthday.
