Having booked and paid several months in advance to take advantage of a deal on a two room suite for my 40th birthday I was dismayed to find my room wasn't available at check in. Not that it wasn't ready - it just wasn't available at all. After a brief argument with a condescending and thoroughly unhelpful receptionist (just what... More

Over the past several months I have been staying 3-4 nights a week at various Radisson hotels on business. I chose the Edwardian Bloomsbury in London on this occasion for a single nights stay whilst visiting both the Ritz and Le Gavroche as a Birthday surprise for my partner, hence I was looking for something a little bit special to... I've been in London on a business trip, staying in Radisson for 6 nights. I've enjoyed being in this hotel and would definitely choose the same hotel again. It is centrally located, but is away from the main street, therefore you can sleep undisturbed. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was superb. There were tea making facilities and water... First impressions count and this hotel made a great first impression. The receptionist was really friendly, chatty, and efficient. I stayed in a standard twin room and despite its size, I was amazed at how much had been done with the space. The bathroom, in particular, had enough space to set out your wash kit, with a lovely walk in... More

My partner & I took a trip to London to celebrate my partner's birthday - upon arrival at the hotel there were friendly informative staff waiting to greet us and ran through our booking efficiently. We had a lovely room - incredibly clean and fully equiped - even free wifi. The bed was huge and the room was very spacious.... More

Just recently my girlfriend and friend stayed at this hotel. And at last minute i decided to send a gift of chocolate covered strawberries to their room. As an employee of the Andaz 5th Ave hotel in New York City, I am fully aware of what it takes to make such requests possible. Kim Frazer (Gust Service Team Leader) and... More

On arriving at 3pm we were told that our room wouldnt be ready for a further 30 mins. NOT good enough, After travelling 3 hours we were keen to freshen up yet no effort to find us another room was made. No complimentary drinks or anything was offered. The rooms were ok but they were very warm, we had to... More

We have just returned to Australia after our 3rd stay at this fantastic Hotel. Location, cleanliness, great food and assistance by staff was faultless. We arrived very early in the morning and Reception Raimonda Rockute went way out of her way to organise a room immediately for us. She was so helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. When... Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind review of the Bloomsbury St Hotel. Indeed, Bloomsbury St Hotel is an ideal base for your London break, next door to the British Museum and just minutes from Oxford Street, Covent Garden and Soho. Having undergone an extensive £25 Million refurbishment and reopening in February 2009. Each of the 174 luxuriously spacious hotel... More
