The high stars may be partly due to happiness with them at our luck in being upgraded to an amazing suite. The staff were all lovely too. In particular a new guy who was in training, can't recall his name though unfortunately, he was a chap I would guess in his 20s, he was very polite, professional and personable. Potentially,... I am currently staying in the May Fair, and as someone who stays in London a considerable amount of time with work, I can safely say that there are many preferable hotels in London. I am generally impressed with Radissons; the Manchester one happens to be one of my favourite hotels, so I was expecting a standard above this of... More

I spent two nights in this demanding hotel located at Mayfair hoping to receive a proper treament as their web site and stars would suggest. I reserved a smoking room and got a non-smoking room (very old fashioned actually) and the management was not able to solve the issue, so I had to comply with it notwithstanding my complaints. The... Great hotel close to Green Park, tube station, clubs and good restaurants if you want to eat outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is modern, rooms good size and beds very comfortable. Have used this hotel on many occasions before and will continue to do so, it's good value for money, it is just back off the Main Street... More

This is a beautifully positioned hotel, a stones throw from Green Park underground station. Ideally located for Londons main attractions. The staff are helpful and efficient. My room was well presented and the bed was incredibly comfy and luxurious. The bathroom was a little on the small side but was functional. Plenty of wardrobe space, an iron and a hairdryer.... More

I needed a room for myself and girlfriend in the Mayfair area and had already stayed at The Mayfair once already. I am writing this review as the service which I received from the staff here, especially by a gentleman called Davide was superb. Not only did he go the extra mile by moving me to a particular room, when... More

Wow, what a great hotel ..stayed with a friend and there was plenty of room for two...felt very stylish..great decor..great atmosphere, great service. The only draw backs.. They take a three hundred quid deposit..obviously used to oligarchs staying there The bar ..ok but cocktails watered down, excessively icey, and you can wait half an hour for a drink.. Suggest Nobu... More

We stayed for two nights in February. The location is perfect, being only a ten minute walk through Green Park to Buckingham Palace, or few minutes to Piccadilly Circus and the end of Regent Street. There is also a small Sainsburys Supermarket located opposite the hotel. Although the hotel has no car park, there is valet parking at £55/day or... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
