The location is awesome. The hotel itself is definitely overrated. The rooms are a tired. Staff is unhelpful and sometimes even rude and snobby. Queues for check-in. The May Fair hotel is not a bad hotel, but as a frequent traveller I feel this hotel is over rated. The room decor & televisions are out dated and the food at the hotel is mediocre.
