The Savoy is our favourite London hotel, you are greeted on arrival, the facilities available within the hotel are explained to you and then you are shown to your room. All staff including the Doormen are professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Once you step into the Savoy you feel at home, staff try to facilitate whatever you ask of them.... More

I stayed here with my husband and daughter to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The whole Savoy experience was superb. The hotel manages to combine exquisite elegance and faultless service but at the same time allow guests to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff are friendly and efficient, our room was beautiful with plenty of room. My top recommendation... More

This is a review of the American Bar @ the Savoy: If not the best cocktails in London, they are certainly up there - Erik and his merry band have concocted a number of cocktails that are sublime - Green Park and Monet Moment are definitive highlights. There is a lot of history in this bar and it is a... More

Try it you will love it the best hotel in London. It was a experience well worth going down to London to stay. Ideally situated for site seeing all around London. Didn't try the food was only there for one night to watch a show.

Quite dated despite refurbishment. Room was very small with no where to place my luggage - lacks a simple luggage rack! I was charged for newspaper without being notified as such, and received New York Times rather than International New York Times which is what I asked for, and at considerable expense. Room lacks simple amenities such as a coffee... More

I was super excited about staying in this hotel. After all it's a special hotel. Trying to write a review and sum up my experience is difficult. I really want to say that it was everything I wanted it to be, yet sadly I don't think it was. I think the only way to describe it is that it's not... More

My wife and I stayed over for three days B&B for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. From the outset the welcome was warm and professional. None of the usual standing in line at a long counter - on the contrary - sit down at your own personal table with your own receptionist to check in. We dined at Kaspers on the... More

I took a friend for a special birthday and it was truly a lovely experience. Glass of Champagne on arrival, choice of special teas and then lots of lovely finger sandwiches, scones and clotted cream and strawberry preserve. We were asked if we wanted more but declined and were pleased that we did. Superb pastries followed and cake trolly at... More

I know it's more expensive, I get that. But the conference staff really are at your beck and call. As an organiser I breezed through the day without questioning timings as these were all taken care of by the team. Our group had afternoon tea delivered to the conference room (Princess Ida suite) and it was superb, they even got... More

I stayed for one night with my Mum for Mothers Day this March and it was absolutely wonderful. We used the valet parking (which was only £5 more than parking ourselves!) and were escorted to our rooms with all our bags within minutes. The least stressful check-in situation I've ever experienced! All the staff were wonderful, nothing too much trouble.... More
