It's still one of the best in London, the staff from your first greeting are so professional yet not over the top. Rooms are a good size and of course decorated exquisitely in my favorite Art Deco and importantly spotless. Afternoon tea is a super experience - so British. Definitely a place to stay in UK. Its quality. More

It was great to be at Claridge's however I found that it is best to go in with no pre-concieved ideas then you will not be disapointed. Service Management = excellent, particularly Elena. Reception = terriable Room service = very slow (still waiting for our morning paper) We had a number of issues of which I will not bore you... More

Dear “andmarWellington”, First of all I would like to thank you for the compliment you paid Elena. She is, indeed, wonderful and we are so proud to have her on our team. I am pleased to see that, despite the fact that you had a number of issues, you would stay with us again. I must, however, say that it... More

We have visits Claridge's on two occasions now, the First time for My 21st birthday and then again last year for my wife’s Birthday, with her parents. We are all big fans of the Hotel's Art Deco features. We had an excellent dinner on both occasions at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, world class food and service for a very reasonable... More

It was a treat arranged by our son. Lunch with Champagine. We were greeted and escorted to the resturent with courtisy. The table was booked at 1330 hrs initially. We rang to ask if we could arrive at 1300 because we finished our shopping early. There was no fuss about it at all. Ambiance of the resturent is good if... More

This is a place everyone should experience for a few nights in their life. I think the the most over the top feature are the "Footmen". It is like being in colonial Williamsburg. It is for sure a place Woody Allen would not join if they would have him as a member. Try to enjoy being treated like royalty. It... More

I chose to stay at Claridge's because of its long story book history and fame for providing world class service to any guest - be it King, Queen, or commoner. Claridge's lives up to its name from its elegant staircase and entry with unique lovely flower arrangements to registration to Nigel at the concierge desk to the staff in the... More

Dear “rOOmance”, I am glad to read that you had an enjoyable visit, however, your reference to an improvement on previous ones makes me think you had issues in the past. My husband booked us here as a surprise for me to celebrate me turning the 30. From first arriving to the moment we left everything was outstanding. When we arrived we arrived we enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne in our stunning room (of which I enjoyed in the luxuriously deep bath!) We did have a minor problem with the... More
