Everything about my visit to Claridge's was spectacular. The japanese breakfast, Gordon Ramsey's restaurant, the service, the decor, the location....I could go on. I think my favourite part of the stay was the attention to detail on almost every level and how the staff made it their goal to make you feel satisfied.

Love Claridges. Got engaged here years ago. We were hoping to book to stay this Christmas until I looked at the Christmas menu. I'm absolutely shocked that a beautiful hotel such as Claridges STILL serves Foie Gras on their menu when I'm sure I don't need to educate you to let you know the process is unnecessary and cruel. Many... More

We stayed here recently and it was a dissappointment. I am partialy sighted so when the doorman opened the taxi door and took our case I followed. The doorman then turned to me and said just go up the stairs and turn left. My wife had by then paid the driver and guided me in. The room was rather poor.... More

Having stayed in a number of the top hotel offerings in London, and indeed around the world, as a treat for my daughter's birthday, a stay at Claridges was a must. I will say it certainly lived up to my expectations and felt overall it was value for money. The room was sufficiently spacious, bed comfortable and service generally exceeded... More

I used to stay in five stars hotels around the world. Compared to other 5 stars in the city, this hotels stands out. The wonderful smell in the lobby reminds me with 5 stars hotels in Dubai, which are the best in the world. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in London for three nights after post cruise from Iceland through Silverseas. Initial room (054) was dated, worn carpets & furniture, poor lighting, marks on the walls, etc. Bathroom was a disaster. No separate shower with a tub that my 88 year old partner could not access without me lifting him in and out. Windows that opened from bathroom,... More

My Wife and myself have just returned from a four day stay in Claridges it was our third visit. I have to say it was a wonderful stay from start to finish the best by far. I cant speak highly enough about how well the staff treated us. Our room was a lovely refurbished room with a bowl of fruit... More

What a place. Their is a problem here though and it is the same as traveling in first class in Singapore airlines: You never want to travel any other way, in fact you just what to live at Claridges. We stayed for two nights with three kids (13,12,6) and had two interconnecting rooms with an additional small bedroom in the... More

Stayed for 2 nights for our 35th wedding anniversary having stayed here exactly 10 years earlier on our 25th! We love the hotel and it's Art Deco style and glamour and the staff are faultless. First night our room was very noisy so we were moved for the 2nd night and given a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite which... More

We stayed at Claridge's recently and had a pleasant stay. The arrival was smooth and the lobby area, restaurant and bars were impressive. Very welcoming feel, staff attentive and courteous. We enjoyed time in the both bars, with cocktails and champagne and also enjoyed afternoon tea, light snacks and lunch during our stay. The quality of the food was great... More
