Lovely hotel ideally situated for connections to/from the Eurostar. The rooms are luxurious and equipped with multiple computer connections should it be necessary for you to work. The Booking Office bar is a great spot to meet friends. Be sure to take a look at the Grand Staircase which is generally only accessible to guests, it is just gorgeous. The... More

We chose this hotel due to its location, and its facilities. We knew beforehand that it was expensive. I had visited previously with business and so we knew what to expect. It was very good - quality and service, and met expectations. We also enjoyed the Booking Office bar which was new to me. Overall it was an excellent stay,... More

Stayed here with my son whilst visiting the Olympics! Absolutely perfect location for the trains, taking minutes to get to Starford on the Javelin! Staff at hotel were very attentive and nothing too much trouble! Room was clean and on asking for extra toiletries we had them in the room before we expected! Dinner in the Chamber was outstanding. Steak... More

This is indeed a fantastic hotel in most ways and ideally located for Eurostar. The buildings are simply stunning and we found the staff to be charming, welcoming and most attentive in every respect. Whilst our suite in the Chambers rooms was lovely, it faced Euston Road and did not have the benfit of double glazing hence the noise at... More

The building is truly grand, and I loved the entry and lobby. This place has a special feel. Unfortunately we were then stuck waiting in reception for over 20 mins trying to check in... and the reception staff on check-in weren't too friendly. The room was clean, large and comfortable. It would be nice (given the magnificence of the building)... More

My partner surprised me with a romantic break at this amazing hotel. I pass through St Pancras every day on my commute to work. This was a nice surprise and boy did we enjoy all the services at this remarkable hotel! We stayed in one of the Chambers Club rooms overlooking St Pancras Station (room 179), awesome views and quite... More

I stayed using points during Olympic 2012. I was a bit nervous with some reviews on Flyer talk about the lack of Marriott Gold benefit in accessing its chamber club ( thinking that the hotel only care about Diamond member). The hotel is just simply gorgeous. Quite a lot of security probably because of the Olympic. The staff at check... More

I was looking forward to going here for breakfast on a friends birthday. The environment is amazing, a really special place to be, quite unique and very comfortable indeed. I have to make it clear, we were not staying here but I'm sure it's a wonderful room to come down to in the morning. Firstly, the staff were brilliant, attentive... More

Went for one night to celebrate and we were early so left our cases. Check in was good. Lobby was nice with a good buzz about it. We had access to Chambers Club which I felt was dull and lacking any atmosphere. Also it wasn't clear whether you help yourself or if it is table service. I think it was... More

Hotel is beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Definitely a first class place. Any staff we saw in the halls said hello. We even had a window washer push the elevator button as he saw us approaching. Arranged car service the night before and in the morning when we checked it hadn't been arranged. Bellhop took all the information and... More
