The St Pancras is a beautiful place to stay in London. The rooms are meticulous, the employees are there to assist the guests in anyway possible and the hotel itself is very elegant.. We loved that the hotel was connected to the train station. We would definitely return if we stay in London again.

This is a great looking hotel and the public areas are fantastic. It is also in a good location next to the station and not far from some interesting areas (eg Camden markets). But we found the same thing as another recent review-- the stay was on the average side. We booked a mid level type room but found it... More

Stayed here as a birthday treat for my daughter. Grand decor and appearance but we didn't feel any member of staff went out of their way to make our stay at this hotel special for us. Made to feel quite uncomfortable at breakfast when we were told in the dining room in front of other diners that i hadn't booked... More

Thank you for your feedback. I am delighted to hear you chose our hotel to celebrate your daughter’s birthday and were impressed by the décor and comfortable beds. I am of course disappointed by some of your other comments and accept that we handled the discrepancy with your breakfast being included in your room rate, poorly. Please accept my most... More

First off, the building itself is spectacular. We chose this place due to the proximity to the train station, and weren't disappointed. It is certainly pricey, but the service was impeccable. The food and cocktails in the adjacent bar/restaurant were also very good. As others have said, the room itself doesn't quite match the grandeur of the remainder of the... More

The only reason to stay here is if you are catching an early Eurostar so you are trying to sleep, shower and go. I found it very noisy and the beds are ridiculously soft so I couldn't sleep. There was also noise between the floors - you can here the footsteps of the person above. The water was almost cold... More

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear you found both the building and the staff to be charming but of course am concerned about some of your other comments. As you may be aware, the hotel only reopened in 2011 following a £200m restoration and a great deal of time was spent developing a world class bedding... More

We met some Canadian couisins who were passing through London. They were coming into St Pancras so we went to the Booking Office for lunch. THe ambience was great, and the food excellent. An interesting assortment of cocktails and a good beer selection meant a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Not cheap, but well worth a visit

Amazing architecture in the old part of the hotel, which has been beautifully restored. Our room was in the newer part which would have been fine but it really did not live up to what we paid for it. On checking in, we were given a room with disabled facilities, had I wanted this I would have asked for it.... More

I went with three friends for our annual trip to London. Initial impressions are very good and the reception staff are friendly and efficient. Fantastic architecture in reception and the bar. Our room in the newer Barlow wing didn't have a great deal of character but the beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It would have been nice... More

You get out of the eurostar , coming from Paris, and you enter the hotel lobby, and you are in the midst of an exciting space... the Booking Office, which is really the huge bar and eating space of the hotel, is a fun place to be. a fabulous bar and yummy food, of course, expensive, and not to be... My husband and I stayed here for a week; our room was part of an Expedia package, so it was in the newer Barlow wing;a typical Marriott room, clean, with very comfortable beds. No olde English charm but we didn't need that this time. The bathroom was well appointed (lighting could be better, though) but the tub/shower was narrow and... More
