Historic, romantic hotel great evening entertainment, wonderful drinks & service, perfectly located at St Pancras station able to see the trains rasily. Great shopping and cafes too. Short tube ride from Paddington easy to get to most attractions in central London

Single night stay. Check in very efficient. Had a Club Barlow room which allows access to the Chambers club for drinks, snacks and a great breakfast. Room was standard 'business' type room with king size bed and wet room bathroom. On enquiry, none of the rooms have bathtubs, only showers. Couldn't log onto free wifi. Ben linen and bed were... Arrived at 10:00, 6 hours before our scheduled check in time, although we couldn't get to our room the staff took our bags and even offered to contact us as soon as our room was ready. When we did check in later on our bags were already in our room and as we were escorted there the knowledgable staff gave... More

Spent 4 nights on business and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The room was a good size with a king bed. The "desk" was a round table with a large lamp - not very easy to work at and the plug orientation is awkward for foreign adapters. The hotel bar is great and was busy every night. This is a great... The staff are rude, and full of undeserved self importance. I think they need a training day that educates them in customer service. The location is excellent. The architecture wonderful. The cleaning staff obviously do a good job, and then it's all ruined by the waiting staff. Better off paying to stay somewhere else, or at least do not venture... More

We stayed in a Chambers Junior Suite last weekend and what can I say? It was simply amazing. We arrived on the train from Luton Airport and without stepping outside we entered the Hotel through the Booking Office entrance on the upper concourse. We were greeted by everyone and were escorted to our Junior Suite after a smooth and efficient... More

Walking towards the Renaissance from Euston you start to get a glimpse of this fabulous building and it makes you proud that it is part of our capital city. The victorian spires and the frontage of the hotel give a clue of the pleasure you are about to experience. Once inside the lobby, staff are friendly and polite. They offer... More

Walking into the lobby and bars of this iconic building is like stepping back into the age of Queen Victoria but with 21st century amenities. From the moment we checked in the staff were friendly and helpful and service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. The decor in the public rooms is stunning and opulent and despite the hustle... I had wanted to stay in the St Pancras Renaissance for many months, and finally got the opportunity in late November. I arrived via the Tube at King's Cross St Pancras Underground Station, and it was a short walk from there to the hotel. It's a magnificent building! When I entered the hotel, I was struck by the high ceilings,... More

What a magnificent hotel... the structure of the old rail station is so well preserved and carried out as a theme of the hotel. It was such a treat to stay here. Excellent service, chatty staff, great drinks/nibbles in the chamber room. Wonderfully decorated for the holidays. I wish I could think of something more constructive to say, but I... More
