We stayed here before going on eurostar, amazing place so much history, plenty places to it, staff very helpful, clean, room excellent standard double two double beds, tea and coffee. Views not fantastic but we were in middle of London. So convenient to catch the train 5 min walk away. Porter very informative, expensive, but lovely treat. Breakfast, so much... More

I was so excited. Oh well. Check in was incomplete at 3 and then we had to keep reminding them that we should be in a room by 4. We'd come from Sydney and were tired. They told us that we'd only booked that day ( nope, two weeks earlier). They mislaid our luggage and told us we'd lost the... More

It's not cheap but it is an amazing building to look at and feels really special to stay there. We had a double room in the Barlow wing and dinner in the Gilbert Scott restaurant (Marcus Wareing). Room was lovely and everything you want in terms of nice linens and toiletries etc. Dining room was splendid both in terms of... More

We live in London but checked in for a few days, which made our life much easier at a very stressful moment. We were in a superior room in the new building. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel offered us complimentary access to the Chambers club, which was great for breakfast and drinks. Everybody was friendly and all our... More

The location for this hotel couldn't have been any more perfect fork our departure to Paris via Eurostar if it tried. A truly exquisite hotel right in the heart of the station. The staff were friendly although didn't really know what they were doing at breakfast. A lot of them were walking around with food not having any idea whose... More

The reception are very polite and extremely professional. Although they could be slighter warmer. The hotel is extremely clean, modern and welcoming. Everything is spotless, you constantly have a feeling, that the hotel has just been opened. As it was mentioned here many times, rooms are really spacious. The swimming pool and spa area are clean and spotless as well.... More

We stayed for 3 nights recently. My wife and I had a Chambers suite, our teenage sons had a regular room. This is really two hotels in one. The Chambers rooms and suites are in the old building, the regular rooms in a new one. There is a huge difference especially if you have access to the Chambers club. The... More

We were a family of five (parents and three adult children occupying four rooms) on a four night holiday in London. Overall our experience was positive and we'd want to go back, and I'll list the points that most impressed us in a moment, but first of all let me get a few niggles out of the way. We had... More

I wanted to stay here at least once and my early Eurostar departure gave me the excuse to experience Gilbert Scott's beautifully renovated building from the inside. The room in the Barlow wing was modern but had a view only of a brick wall. Lighting felt a bit dim even over the writing desk. Wifi was sporadic as the hotel... More
