My wife and I stayed here to visit our daughter who lived in the area. The room was nice, clean and convenient to her flat and to many London attractions and great eating places all at a great price. Our room included one double bed with a kitchenette, living area/ eating area and bathroom. Room came with all the amenities... More

I stayed here for one night on business and wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived at night and the entrance looked a bit like a dodgy side street but I was very pleasantly surprised - the room was fantastic with a separate kitchen/living/dining area and a modern shower room with The White Company toiletries. The staff were also very... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend recently and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Staff were very friendly and the apartment was lovely. Comfortable bed and couch, very clean overall and I was very pleased to find tea, sugar, coffee and milk all in the kitchen upon arrival. Tesco Express is only a 5 minute walk from the... More

Very well located. Walking distance from the London Bridge and Borough market and subway/bus station. In the street are several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. If you walk for 10 minutes you will even find a lidl near the busstop bricklayers arms :-). The rooms are good and clean. The cough is a bit poor but most of the... More

On arrival we chose Go Native Bermondsey Street apartments as their location looked accessible to London. The apartment was a pleasant surprise. It was neat, warm and roomy. Sure some cupboards open randomly - but that's part of the fun. A fully furnished apartment so close to the Thames was pretty special. The view of the Shard from the apartment... More

Stayed for one night, staff were friendly and the room was clean. Had everything I needed for a short stay, the bed was comfortable and the shower was a winner! A reasonable price for what you get and a great location of you are travelling by car or train.

Small apartments but ok for the short stay with a compact kitchen and bathroom, however the apartments where clean and tidy and modern. Would I stay again.... On business yes I would. The drive in court yard was helpful so you can unpack your cat or taxi easily.

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
