I stayed here for one night in January 2016. The place is odd, since there's an office full of people on the ground floor (and it's not obvius what the connection is with the rooms until one collects the room key from that office). My room was fine: fairly good size, clean and with cokking facilities (although I didn't use... More

First the room/studio was spotless clean! Only shower head could be cleaned better (stone) and the access to the shower was a bit narrow. In the studio we had everything we needed: good size bed, kitchenette with the cooker, kettle, dishes, pans, knives etc. There was also an iron and little board. Small but fine TV. No hear dryer or... More

Here’s the review for Welby 37, based on our 9B criteria, where we stayed earlier in the summer: * Bed – simple but comfy double * Bedroom – it is in fact a studio, clean enough, with a small desk * Bathroom – small but functional * Breakfast – n/a * Bar – n/a * Bods – nice guys who... More

The location is spot on, budgens supermarket is close by and Belsize Park station is a short walk away. I have already booked another apartment for my next stay. The apartment is basic but very clean, the bathroom would benefit from an update, though. As a female traveller I always felt safe in the neighboorhood. Check in was quick and... More

small but comfy studio. It had a decent bed and bed linnen. The shower was clean and functional with good water preassure and it had a very basic but useful kitchen .Lacking only for a toaster and a microwave.>The downside was the lack of curtains.it had flimsy blinds that let all the light in.Also they do not clean the room or change... This place was booked by a friend, personally I would have got a hotel as we were only on a one night stay and had no use for an apartment with a kitchenette. Also, seeing some previous reviews we weren't particularly looking forward to staying here, however the rooms are clean enough and functional. The welcome off the guy in... More

Oh no, I booked this because it was close to London and reasonably priced... Probably should have known better. The smell was just awful, and the apartment really could have benefited from an armchair or sofa, it certainly had room for one. Not well lit at all. The kitchenette was on a mezzanine level which was a pain in the... More

Things you should be aware of (the bad things first): - At check-in they tried to rip us off by asking another payment for the free Wifi we already paid in our deal. - There are no cleaning services without you asking especially from the front desk, that sent us to the cleaning lady to ask her (we needed more... This is the worst Hotel, apartments I have ever stayed in London. Do not under any circumstances stay here and if you do avoid room 11. The walls are paper thin, the room smelt of rising damp amongst many other aromas. To the credit of the owners they showed me several other room in two properties close by,they were equally bad... Uncomfortable bed, walls like paper, no hot water. The wifi is a joke and a rip off at 30 quid a month or fiver per day. Extremely unprofessional, they never answer calls or want anything to do with you outside of business hours. I had a leak in the roof that spread all over the kitchen and was ignored completely...
