Stayed here for a night with my husband. The staff were amazing and the room clean. Breakfast was a great start to our day. Close enough to the station to leave the car at home. The on site bar ideal after a long day out. Didn't have a evening meal but looking around it looked good. Would stay again. Thank... More

Visited whilst mid way through my charity event for Macmillan. Thought I might have got a discount seeing I was taking part in the charity that they fully support, I did ask that any money saved would be added onto the charity donation. Good location, big room and clean but it was such a hot room.

Service at check in was average. The room was very basic but clean - no phone, no hairdryer, basic shower. The bed was comfortable. Enough hanging space for a short stay with one shelf for other clothing. The breakfast room was average, as was the breakfast itself. My main objection was that the charge rate was £185 per night, single... More

Firstly the hotel is in an excellent location approx a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station. The reception staff were all very helpful but this is where most of the positives end. The negatives are..... Firstly the hotel is incredibly humid and hot hot hot!! In the rooms you are provided with a stand up fan which does provide some... More

Location - Excellent; Staff - Very polite and helpful. I visited the hotel in first week of Feb 2015 for my honeymoon. The bed was extremely comfortable. On the first day, I faced an issue with their wash basin and the hotel staff immediately provided me with a different room. The room was adequately sized, it wasn't cramped at all;... More

Last minute booking over a bank holiday and we were a little nervous about a Travelodge... Needn't have been! Lovely friendly staff, fab location clean rooms! Can recommend a wander down Lower Marsh Street nearby... Lovely Pub ( The Camel and Artichoke!) and fab retro shop called Radio Days where the service was second to non as well!!

Good sized room with view to Main Street although still basic being a travel lodge. Walkable distance from Waterloo station and London eye. Perfect for visiting all attractions. Staff were accommodating and friendly, would stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it's simple accommodation in a brilliant location. Five minute walk to Waterloo Station and the Tube. Room 302 was huge with a large bed, flat screen TV, bathroom with shower. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and all well cooked and hot. Also took advantage of the 24 hour pizza which is... More

One towel was provided for a double room with two people staying. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The sheets on the bed were badly stained. We were ignored at reception for some time whilst the three receptionists chatted and filled in paperwork. Not impressed, for the money spent.

I stayed here one night for a work trip. Slight glitch on check in as it took three attempts to get my room key to work, but staff were courteous and helpful. I had a salad at the bar, which was ok. Room clean and comfortable. I was on the 5th floor at the rear which was pretty quiet. Breakfast... More
