Visited 31st August for a week. Finding the hotel was easy (down the road from Waterloo station), rooms are clean and staff are helpful. They gave us a disabled room, which we thought was strange... Until we found out my son had fractured his ankle and needed it put in plaster up to his knee. Getting back to the hotel... More

A cheap and basic hotel near Waterloo so OK for a business trip. The only major shortcoming is the lack of air conditioning which coupled with the tiny windows that were locked to prevent opening beyond an inch made this a stifling experience for a hot July in London. There are much better places to stay that are in this... More

This hotel isn't perfect but for a cheap overnight London stay is suited us. It was an easy short walk to Waterloo station. We were greeted with a smile and managed to check in 1/2 hour early because the receptionist felt sorry for us as we had been wandering round London in the rain! The room was quiet enough, we... We needed a place to stay as close to central London as possible, this hotel was the perfect choice! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, they greeted us with a smile each morning. The rooms were immaculate, sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, the shower was amazing for a hotel shower! They gave me a... More

travel lodge waterloo is a friendly clean spacious hotel staff are helpful and polite the room was spotless again we had a great time, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the London eye. I did however have a small complaint to leave my suitcase cost £10 this is called an early booking fee,but my... More

Basic and nothing more than the bare essentials supplied. Room layout was badly thought out - only one double plug socket which was 10 feet from the mirror where my partner wanted to do her hair. Socket(s) by the bed would make charging of phones/tablets easier whilst sleeping instead of them being the other side of the room. Only other... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent nights sleep due to a very comfy bed. Clean.Close to amenities and tube but wasn't noisy. I would have preferred to have a bath instead of just a shower. I would defiantly recommend a stay here

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in August , this hotel is fine but very basic, no clock, no phone, no fridge or safe , no room service and no hair dryer , in saying this though the staff were lovely and it's easy walking distance to Waterloo station .

Travelodges are travelogues and this one is no different other than being in downtown London where things tend to be very expensive. I chose this hotel for a couple of positive reasons such as familiarity (traveling from overseas), its proximity to the Waterloo Tube station and it's position in relation to all of the attractions downtown. I read that hotels... More

I recently stayed at this hotel whilst in London at a concert and whilst it was a great base location for getting around and the facilities were fine the hotel rooms were too hot. It is a few minutes’ walk from Waterloo station which gives you easy access to all parts of London and there are buses running past the... More
