I stayed here with my wife, for 2 nights, to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a weekend in London. I thought I had booked a large room with a large bed, via Expedia, but apparently the superior room with Queen bed is the same as all the other Superior rooms....confusing. With this in mind, when we entered our beautifully decorated... More

We booked 3 nights in a “One King Bed” room at Hotel Indigo London this past August and our stay was absolutely lovely. The room décor was chic, modern and cozy. We had a sturdy and comfortable bed with an exposed brick wall that added a nice charm to our room. The bathroom was contemporary and clean, but could use... More

Free upgrade on the room upon arrival. Very friendly staff and great location close to an underground stop. Very comfortable bed and excellent waterfall shower. Will return next time we are in London.

This really is a great hotel - I've stayed in 3 hotels in this area in recent years and this one blows them out of the water! Not a massive hotel so retains a nice individual boutique feel. 2 mins walk from Aldgate tube, 5 mins from Tower Hill tube and Tower of London. As other reviews have said, this... More

It's easy to get bored with business hotels - they all start to blend in each other when you travel a lot. It's really nice to find somewhere a little different - Really nice room, shower was more than a dribble and the free soft drinks and snacks in the mini bar is a nice touch. Price is very good... This is definitely a boutique-ish hotel. It is near some tube stations with easy access to anywhere. There does not seem to be a lot of rooms at the hotel either which makes it nice. All the staff was nice enough, but there were some issues with the wifi. Those were recovered after a day and it worked smoothly the... More

Wow, lovely! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The difference in a large hotel and a boutique style hotel is amazing. Everything was so personal, just like they placed it there for you only! And, the beds, are heavenly. I love the snacks and drinks stocked in the fridge too. Saves you from going out for a quick... More

Trying to find an affordable hotel in a good location is nearly impossible in London, but Hotel Indigo fits the bill. Only a 5 minute walk to the Tower of London and a 2 minute walk to the nearest tube station, you can get nearly anywhere in London from here. The hotel itself is staffed by extremely polite and helpful... More

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo-London Tower Hill from from August 14-18 and had a fantastic experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Giusse (sorry if I'm not spelling that right!), who wound up essentially being our own personal London guide. She, and the rest of the staff, were extremely helpful in figuring out how to navigate London and ready... More

I have stayed here a few times, for business. The reception, with it's quirky, interior, initially gave the impression of a lap dancing establishment, but this soon proved not to be the case. The rooms are lovely - wooden floors, 4 poster beds and stunning bathrooms. Little touches like extra's in the mini fridge, make this memorable. Superbly located for... More
