OK breakfast although a bit limited. Rooms nicely decorated and clean. Amazing shower. But generally the room and bathroom were far too small. I literally had to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room. Nowhere to put suitcases. And the bathroom was miniscule. All in all ok if you're a single traveler overnighting but... The hotel is on a very good location with easy access to bus and tube. The rooms are decent size (for London standards) with a big size flatscreen tv. The bathroom is small but very functional and modern with a large shower for two people. Breakfast is average for continental. The staff is very helpful. They even provided us with... More

Me and my hubby went to London and spent four nights at this very nice hotel. It is right next to Kensington Palace and Gardens and the area is very nice to walk around with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The nice thing is that each day you receive two complementary bottles of water, coffee, tea and a biscuit... More

I booked this Hotel based on old ratings that described it as a very smart and a good way for staying overnight in London especially for Single Traveller's / younger People. Starting off with the positive points of the Hotel: The Hotel itself is relatively central due to being near the Kensington High Street Railway, as well as easily reachable... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice before my recent visit. I would recommend this for the budget traveler. The rooms are small, but not for London's standards. The breakfast is a nice bonus that you do not get at most hotels.

This very small hotel is above the shops on Kensington High Street. The small space means that it lacks the comforts of a larger hotel: the rooms are small, there is very little lounge space for breakfast or drinks. However it is very comfortably furnished, clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is very good, too. Kensignton High... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
