Pleasantly surprised at this smallish boutique hotel. Yes the rooms are not massive but I've stayed in smaller for sure. Had a quiet room at the back. Adequate storage space for a few days. Comfortable bed. Good air con. Nice bathroom. Decent TV. Clean. Complimentary water. Free WiFi. Ice machine in reception. Plenty of positive things there. Breakfast is a... More

Bit apprehensive this was a best western and they are generally a bit old & tired looking however this is an old hotel but it's decor is lovely and it's clean and tidy. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny but it's fresh and clean, we had air condition which was a relief as it was the hottest... More

I found this hotel really nice. The personell were really heplful and serviceminded. Rooms were clean and looked very new. The aircondition was a great thing to have on the hottest days. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, could maybe have been some more choices.

It says a lot about a hotel room when you can’t decide whether the room at the Grant Hotel in San Francisco where I stayed for a few days in 1975 [and still have nightmares about] was smaller or larger than the Best Western Seraphine Kensington Olympia. So I duly stretched out my arms and tried to touch the opposite... More

Myself and my partner stayed in this hotel from Friday 11 July to Sunday 13 July. It was in an ideal area and was clean and very smartly decorated. Staff were easy going and just left you to it (in a very positive way). Breakfast had a good selection of continental options. The bathroom was clean and looked liked it... More

We were staying in London for business for eight days and wanted to stay in the Kensington High Street area. I had espied the discreet door leading up stairs to the Seraphine in the past and decided we would stay there this time. Good decision for various reasons - pleasant staff, small but more than adequate room with great silent... More

My wife and I traveled to London and took our oldest daughter with us. Our stay was exceptional. Pros: Room was plenty big for three people - double bed, single bed, wardrobe and desk with room to move around. Bathroom was also plenty big. Rooms were clean and well appointed with very nice decor. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked... More

You will be sorely disappointed if you stay at this hotel ... rooms are minute, air con useless, no fridge, concierge just plain unfriendly. The hotel is NOT in a good location. Reception is upstairs and the lift is non operational. BIG MISTAKE staying at Best Western Seraphine Kensington Olympia Hotel (and that is using the word 'hotel' loosely).

Pros : Good Location, affordable, clean and nice breakfast Cons : Did not find staff as friendly as stated in previous reviews, very small room for two people especially with luggage. Not recommended for long stay and most likely will not come back.

OK, so this hotel is located far down Kensington High Street, so you may want to consider whether the location of this hotel is ideal for you. It's about a five minute walk from the tube station, so not too bad, unless you have mobility issues. This hotel is really great and superb value for money. Very clean and modern... More
