Excellent location for a 3 days intensive London experience. Rooms are small, clean bathrooms and bed/linen. Room needs painting and new carpet! Definitely recommend for the active tourist that just needs a place to lay they heads, not for the traveller who wants to spend anytime in their room.

Having in mind that the receptionist does not want to help you with any information regarding your stay at the hotel, you must understand that the Wi-Fi is paid. The prices are high enough. In each room there is a telephone connected to a TCP/IP Internet cabel. What I'm saying is- if you're currently at the hotel , or you're... More

Receptionist was slightly rude. Walls dirty. Bed was rocky and cheap. Hairdryer broken. Plugs inaccessible. Sink too small for brushing teeth. But close to amenities etc window propped open with a bottle

Sometimes I visit London for fun. Mostly, I go there for business meetings on expenses and the less that I spend on my hotel, the better. This hotel is *ridiculously* inexpensive and is within a three minute walk of Earls Court Underground. It's shabby, but clean (a bit like home) and I feel quite safe there. The rooms have comfortable... More

The hotel is a short walk from Earls Court Underground station but If you have a disability it is not recommended that you stay at this hotel due to the number of steps up to the hotel entrance and there is no lift available inside. Whilst the hotel is very clean and there is plenty of soap, shampoo and shower... More

Some things were good such as a nice shower and great location. Had no duvet only a thin blanket and heating didn't work so it was cold. Had to pay £20 deposit for a TV control did get it back but it was inconvenient at the time. Also shower door was falling of I let them know and they said... More

It was a nice 3 nights staying. Clean, small but comfy room; tiny bathroom with a big shower. Kind receptionist, great position, good price. The breakfast was not so rich. Good hotel for a short break ;)

Steep staircase, bedroom had small beds,Hair dryer was one side of the room and the mirror on the other side and Breakfast room was far too small to cope with the amount of guests in the Hotel and there was not enough cups or cutlery to go round

The room was In poor repair! Most unfriendly staff who are more concerned with using their mobile phones than treating their customers with respect. Not a single member of staff seemed able to smile. We had to wait a while to check in.
