Some things were good such as a nice shower and great location. Had no duvet only a thin blanket and heating didn't work so it was cold. Had to pay £20 deposit for a TV control did get it back but it was inconvenient at the time. Also shower door was falling of I let them know and they said... More

It was a nice 3 nights staying. Clean, small but comfy room; tiny bathroom with a big shower. Kind receptionist, great position, good price. The breakfast was not so rich. Good hotel for a short break ;)

Steep staircase, bedroom had small beds,Hair dryer was one side of the room and the mirror on the other side and Breakfast room was far too small to cope with the amount of guests in the Hotel and there was not enough cups or cutlery to go round

The room was In poor repair! Most unfriendly staff who are more concerned with using their mobile phones than treating their customers with respect. Not a single member of staff seemed able to smile. We had to wait a while to check in.

Well upon arriving at the hotel, everything looked promising, room was a bit smelly but overall was clean, room was very hot which after being outside was very welcoming.. or so i thought! After seeing Queen + Adam Lambert at The O2, i returned back to the room and for some reason the heating had been turned up, so the... More

Stayed here for one night in a triple room with friends. A short walk away from Earls Court tube station, so very easy to access. Plenty of nice local pubs and places to eat. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect for a short trip.

Aside from the general filth and grimy quality that is uniquely nauseating, even among hostels, the people there are absolute (insert word here). People in the reception are fine, nothing exceptionally terrible, but the joint reeks of putrid apathy for quality or regard for customer comfort. I would even look past these issues, but the blatant theft of my wallet... More

What a charming place with it’s narrow hallway, missing spoke in the railing and a no lift, it felt like I was back in a hostel with rustic chandeliers on the walls. Of course, it is a 3 star hotel, with coffee maker, fridge and dryer, TV without remote though, fancy showerhead in the over size shower, only a toothpick... More

I left this hotel on Saturday morning and the first words out of my mouth were "that is one building I never intend to set foot in ever again!" My mum, sister and I recently stayed here to attend a concert at Earl's Court. For the location and cost, we were pretty pleased with ourselves that we had found such... More

I have made a reservation to this hotel in mid-November through Booking.com. As a usual procedure, the hotel has taken the amount of 1st night off my guarantee credit card as a pre-authorisation. In the end I have decided to cancel the reservation within the permitted cancellation period. It is now two weeks since the pre-authorisation and the money is... More
