Arrived at the hotel, check in was fast and the room was located down the stairs two doors away from where breakfast was served. The room was clean and small with a toilet which doubled as a shower. It was also very dark due to being on the ground floor no light got into the one very small window. After... More

Could not stay the night in the room. Didn't even want to stand in it. Booked another hotel and lost the money for this room. Problems: Rug dirty and stained. Room all around grungy. Subground floor with a view of garbage area complete with old toilet. Subground floor with windows that didn't lock. Old worn out linens. Bed is a... More

The one thing good about this hotel is the location. Apart from that I would advise you to fine somewhere else. The walls and carpets looked dirty, the showers were very small, the beds were very narrow and not very comfortable. There isn't a lift so if you are on the third floor and have a large suitcase you'll get... More

When we arrived there was no reception, we looked around for almost half an hour and asked the cleaners who didn't speak English where the receptionist was. When he came out he was very dismissive and rude, claiming that check in was strictly at 2pm. We arrived at 1 pm and they said there was no rooms available even though... More

We are surprised such hotels exist in the quaint locality of Earls court. We booked this hotel for one night Right from the rude and unethical attitude of the receptionist to the pathetic size and condition of the room, Everything about this hotel was terrible.the triple room we booked had three beds but no place to even walk or place... For the price this place was in a great location close to restaurants and to the Earls Court train station. It is within walking distance of London if you like to walk decent distances. The room is quite small but for the price everything is quite ok. The breakfast was alright.

We stayed here for two nights and spent our days out and about. Decent room, nothing fancy but not terrible either. Reception staff needs a course in service and customermanagement. But if you look pass that then you get what you pay for, a great hotel for short stays where the hotel room only is for sleeping.

Excellent location for a 3 days intensive London experience. Rooms are small, clean bathrooms and bed/linen. Room needs painting and new carpet! Definitely recommend for the active tourist that just needs a place to lay they heads, not for the traveller who wants to spend anytime in their room.
