I chose this Hotel for three reasons 1. The price 2. The location (Chelsea) 3.The character being a victorian style building we thought it might offer an atmosphere that some of the larger group hotels may not offer. Indeed having visited all the major hotel sites and not being able to find something within our budget, I eventually found the... More

We didn't have high expectations when coming here, but were pleasantly surprised. Yeah sure the guy at reception was rude, but you get rude people all over the world who don't like their job, he's just probably not the best person to put 'front of house'. The room we had was in the basement and was quite roomy considering its... More

A very good value for money hotel, with clean basic rooms. My room had a modern bathroom, phone, tea tray, TV and hair dryer, it also had basic toiletries. The staff we encountered were very friendly and check in and out we're smooth and efficient. The breakfast was simple but satisfying none the less. Would recommend this hotel to anyone... More

I've stayed in worse. It's in a good location. However the beds are tiny, smaller than a single bed. The breakfast is a choice of toast or corn flakes. If u want a tv remote the it's a £20 deposit, even though the TVs only worth about £50. It's clean though. I guess u get what u pay for.

Good points: Great location, modern decor, shower worked well, nice continental breakfast, fridge and safe in room, cheap price Bad points: No lifts and we were on 3rd floor so a lot of stairs, room very small but we coped, breakfast room very hot.

This hotels suffers from poor reviews which were not borne out by our experience, mind you a little effort by the management would help to improve the feel of the place. the hotel has a good location just a few minutes walk from the Earls court tube station which is a handy "no change" run from the very centre of... I will start with, I have actually stayed in worse. My Wife and I have just stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We arrived rather early, but we were told we could leave our case(we were not charged for this). When we did finally check in we had a room on the 2nd floor, which was 4 flights of stairs.... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only is it very low standard (which you could expect and forgive given the location and price) but absolutely everything went wrong and their customer service is terrible. We walked into the lobby in the morning and said “Good morning” ; the person at the desk just barked at... More

This 'hotel' doesn't even deserve the terrible rating i've awarded it. Do not be mislead by the marble entrance and reception desk. That is as far as the luxury goes in this place. You are expected to carry your luggage up the many flights of stairs through narrow staircases, of which only half of the lightbulbs work. Once arriving in... More

For GBP45 a night in August, this hotel was OK by London standards and high prices. Convenient location, room was clean, breakfast actually pretty good for this price range. The usual hotel let-downs, completely avoidable, such as one dead bulb in the bathroom and the safe had the batteries missing so it was useless. Very annoying: two uncustomary extra charges... More
