Stayed prior to an 08:30 Eurostar departure from St Pancras. A comfortable nights sleep and plenty of time for the lovely cooked breakfast before a leisurely stroll across to the station. (Also well located for Kings Cross and Euston) Some nice pubs around for a quiet drink (and supper) before bed. Lovely old building in a historic crescent, with all... More

Room number LG01 is in the basement and directly under the main hallway into the Hotel. The noise from peoples footsteps went on all night and made it imossible to sleep. The telivision did not work. Reception was informed but their excuse was that there was no digital TV signal.. Room was very small but clean. Location was excellent for... More

Couldn't believe how nice it was! I have previously stayed in this area with my friends in an utter dump for the same price. Ok it's not the ritz but for the price it's great! It is so clean too!! The reception area is gorgeous and the chap on reception was very friendly. We didn't have breakfast as we were... More

One night stay in this very nice hotel. Only problem in my opinion was the size of the room - bed size to be honest. Relatively cheap for its location and ok for one night. Breakfast full English - eat as much you can - great.

The Judd Hotel is near the Russel Square tube stop and several restaurants and small groceries, and it's within walking distance of the British Museum. If you're up for it you can even walk to Trafalgar Square! It is also two blocks from my daughter's flat, so that made it a perfect location for me. I booked a single room... More

This hotel is in an amazingly convenient and historic location in London. We were able to walk almost everywhere and King's Cross was one block away for any longer trips. Just for that, it earns five points. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaints are such small things that they only warrant mentioning for those who want to... More

If you are looking for a full-service American hotel with large, cushy beds, lots of space for your huge suitcase, and an elevator to get to the second floor, stop reading right now. However, if you like small hotels in non-touristy locations and don't mind walking up the stairs, keep reading. I have stayed at almost every hotel in the... More

We stayed as a large group at this hotel, and I really want to praise their customer service and the general standards of the whole hotel. I realise that for some the rooms and lack of space, may be an issue, and that is understandable. But for our needs it was a great base for our trip to London. I... More

It's amazingly quiet for its setting - a stone's throw from St Pancras / King's Cross and the always-busy Euston Road, and there are great pubs and restaurants within a three-minute walk. But remember that this is London, and that means everything is squashed in. My single room on the third (top) floor was clean and properly decorated. I was... More

Judd is one of several hotels on Cartwright Gardens which is a convenient, quiet and pleasant location. The hotels are all similar in character in a Georgian terrace. Judd claims three stars though I couldn't see that it was any better than say the Mentone which is only 2 stars. I had to pay £144 for a double room whereas... More
