This hotel is very well situated to the Russell square station and kings cross station. Using these stations as a base made it very easy to get around to all the major sites and shopping. The beds were not comfortable and the rooms very small. Shower not that great. However, for the price I believe this hotel was reasonable (for... More

This looks like the hotel used to be a town house and converted into a multi sleeping notches. A tiny room, missing basic furniture in the room. The carry on had to stay on floor because no stool to put it on. If one opens the carry on they it is impossible to open the door because the carry on... More

Stayed for one night in July 15 and found this hotel to be a few minutes walk from Euston station, situated in a crescent of hotels. The reception is bright and clean and The receptionist was pleasantl and sorted our booking quickly, we were in a ground floor room on the front of the hotel (08) We thought it may... More

I've never had a good experience with london hotels, alwayz a rip off for what you get. This place was $200AU just for one night. Facilities were adequate, bathroom modern, bed ok. We were put in the sister hotel across the room, which didn't look like the photos. We missed breakfast and found the staff rather short and unhelpful. That... More

The price is not low at all for two nights and the room is terribly small, I can't even open my suit case flat. The carpet was very dirty. The door is not sound proof, I can hear the neighbours walking and talking. The staff was not helpful at all. I almost turned around and tried to find another hotel... More

Stayed here on 8th July for 1 night. Though I had booked to stay at the Judd Hotel I was told that my room would actually be in the annex called the Jenkins Hotel across the road, which wasn't a problem. The room key also opens the main door of the hotel which was good since it meant that I... More

The hotel is situated at a great location in central London and is close to Russell square. However I have a couple of comments. Ask for a room on the first two floors, definitely don't accept a room on the third floor because the steps are dangerous. Both my husband and myself we slipped and fell flat. The rooms are... More

We arrived at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The interior and exterior seemed very well kept. Our room was tiny (for 3) but was ample space the next morning once we folded the sofa bed up. We did eperience some noise from the room above but that seemed to die down about midnight and didnt start again until 630... More

When we first arrived we were locked outside on the steps with another guest for 10 minutes, until the receptionist finally arrived from wherever she had been! She then begun to check is in with the most uninterested poor attitude I have ever seen in the service industry. Finally she sent us on our way across the road to their... More

This hotel is not cheap at all, so my expectations were higher than what I experienced during my two night stay. I had a room in the basement. The towels lay on the bed. The reason was obvious very soon: the bath was simply too small for towel holders. The breakfast was very basic. For 60 bucks more I could... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
