Friendly atmosphere very helpful with directions and other information. Three of us stayed three nights full of sightseeing. Location close to Underground at St. Pancras and Kings Cross. Nice and very quiet area to stay in. Room was very clean and en-suite adequate, shower stall a bit small, but very clean. Would stay again.
