If you are looking for a place to rest your weary head and you're not too fussed about high quality accommodation, this is the place to stay. 5 min walk to nearest tube station (Willesdon Green) and only £5 parking for your car per day, a total bargain for London! So ok, you may not be in an ensuite room,... More

We found our experience here just average. We had little communication with the staff, we avoided the bar to dodge the buzzing of countless American accents, the location is great, it's near the tube and a supermarket, but the building itself is almost more like a hotel.

I have the pleasure of stay in this hostel for 7 days, the envirement is really good, the staff is allways tryng to help, and the restaurant inside is an excellent option for travellers. The bus stop that take you to the centre is just across the street, the neighborhood is beatifull.

Palmers Lodge is the best hostel I have stayed in! Stayed in a private twin room with private shower and shared bathroom. The room was spotless as was the shared bathroom. WiFi can be a bit iffy but can still connect (sometimes) in the room. Very safe and includes many facilities. Ate in the on site bar and it was... More

This is an excellent hostel that is not far from anywhere. I stayed here for 2 nights because it was close to Wembley arena and I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good. Only 4 to a room that is clean. Lots of places to walk and sit and a great motorbike museum. The price was not bad for London. Internet... More

Brilliant accommodation with everything you could ask for & more - the most helpful staff we have encountered in a London hostel, sparkling clean bathrooms, luxurious shower pressure, a good in-house bar/restaurant, security lockers that even fit our huge travel packs, croissants for breakfast, and a relaxed atmosphere! It is a bit of a walk (10-15mins) to the nearest metro... More

Hi there and thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that that day the bread was not properly toasted and we do apologize for that. We always want the feedback from our guests so we can have a better understanding of the areas that we can improve. As a reminder, the breakfast it's not just cereals and... More

Had a wonderful stay at Hillspring! Stayed in a 4 bed mixed, and it was perfectly sized! The lockers were an incredible size with a built in key card lock. I'd recommend this hostel to anyone visiting London. The tube ride into downtown was easy!

I stayed at Palmerslodge Hillspring in March of 2014. It was a great place to stay for a great price. I arrived in London by coach pretty late at night. Navigating to the correct Underground line at that time was a bit difficult being a first timer in the city but it was completely doable and I didn't get lost.... More

I am a Hostel virgin, at the age of 40 never thought I would stay in a Hostel (I am used to a bit of comfort!) That is exactly what I got, I came up to London with my husband last minute to watch rugby We were offered these rooms for £22.50 in a shared 8 bed dorm, I was... More
